RE: Second Notice of Deficiency -

Dear Glenn & Diane Gordon:

During a recent visual inspection, it was noted that the above referenced home still
requires your immediate attention. The purpose of this second communication is to
advise you that we observed that the following has not yet been addressed:

Vehicle Parking - TRUCK

Trucks, trailers, Recreational Vehicles (RVs) and/or commercial vehicles of any

kind are not permitted to be parked anywhere in the Association/Community
except inside of your garage during overnight hours.

Please make alternate arrangements to park your vehicle.

Please correct the above noted item(s) immediately from the date of this letter.
Failure to correct this item may result in the Association taking further action.
