Upon application and acceptance, vendors are bound in agreement to the following, no exceptions:

In consideration of The Olive and Rose accepting space rent, the vendor and any companions, helpers, family members or others occupying their space intending to be legally bound for themselves, successors, assignees, heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims against persons and organizations affiliated with this event: The Olive and Rose, Mes Amis Vintage Antique Show, The City of Roseville, The County of Placer, and the State of California, while participating in this event, traveling to or from this event or any future time. In addition, vendor is advised that those affiliated with this event assume no responsibility whatsoever to insure the safety or protect in any way the property of the vendor from fire, theft, malicious mischief, rain, wind or other perils. Property will be the responsibility of the vendor at all times during the event. Each vendor shall comply will all applicable city, county, state and federal taxes and laws and shall hold The Olive and Rose harmless against any failure to do so. The Olive and Rose reserves the right to make rules as deemed necessary and appropriate, and vendor agrees to accept such rules and regulations set forth by The Olive and Rose. Set Up & Tear Down: Set Up will commence at 5:00am and must be completed by show time of 8:00am. No prepaid reservations will be held after 7:00am. Vendor vehicles may not move on or off the selling field between 8:00am and 4:00pm. FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE. Vendors may not begin packing until 4:00 pm and must be off the site by 6:00pm or they may incur additional charges. Vendors are expected to leave their space free of litter and trash. AS A COURTESY, PORTERS WILL BE AVAILABLE. *Spaces: There is no electricity available to spaces. No generators are allowed. Vendors are expected to supply their own tables, chairs and tents. Booths and aisles must be kept clear for safe access throughout the show. TENTS LARGER THAN 10X20 ARE NOT ALLOWED. The Olive and Rose reserves the right to demand removal of any item not

inline with the image or nature of the show. Application for space of any size will be reviewed in order they are received. **Vendors will be selected based on the quality of merchandise, visual presence, show experience, and courtesy. If accepted, vendors will be contacted and full payment will be due by final deadline of August 25, 2011. Smaller booth sizes are very limited. Photos taken during show by show photographers or other outlets may be used as promotional materials and belong solely to The Olive and Rose and/or various entities. By signing this contract, you hereby accept all the terms and conditions contained herein. Cancellation: This event is rain or shine; All paid rentals are considered final – No refunds will be given.
