PREFACE

Practical training plays an important role in field of education. In each & every field of life, practical study is necessary. Theoretical knowledge is not enough. According to the need, education policy adopted practical training has been introduced for the student along with theoretical study. This helps the student to make their future better & also gives them a chance to show their skills & abilities. The course in which I have been studying in F.Y.B.B.A., I have been given an opportunity to take practical training of different industries. I have visited “M/S. History means a lengthy period of past, which makes the particular thing remarkable it be taken into account. Three years is a too short period to create a history but within this short period the industry has achieved valuable as a small-scale unit , which with its day-by-day progress has reached to greater heights. Now the unit wants market all over India with the efforts of the partners, who believe in the phrase, “Work hard and success shall touch your feet”. The aim of starting this unit is that of working the dreams of a common man, of having a potential to run business successfully. Today in spite of touch competition in the field of wall chemical, M/S SPECIFIC CROP SCIENCE. with efforts of their partners and hard work of the administrative staff and worker has been able to manage and run the unit successfully and has made its even special place. Time is the most important factor for everyone. Time is our valuable assets. The system of time keeping means how many shift are there and how many hours are they work in each shift of a day. “M/S. Production activities must be operated in an economical & efficient manner because cost of production is a vital factor in facing market. The plant matches all the parameters of any best European plant in the industry. It has many firsts to its credit viz. It gets the certificate of the CIB. At every stage from procurement of raw material to finished product, there is quality parameters set to keep a stringent check on quality in stages. The parameters are predefined and conveyed to the Quality Inspectors who in turn are duty bound to follow the same. The reporting about quality issue has to be immediate to the production head, who in turn is obliged to undertake corrective measures.

During visit, I have noticed that company has very good name in domestic market. “M/S. SPECIFIC CROP SCIENCE” As the company manufactures the best quality products; they required to increase their domestic and international market by sales promotion efforts.

CONCLUSION

It was good experience for me to visit the industry. I am thankful whole unit of M/S. SPECIFIC CROP SCIENCE for giving me require information. All the workers are good hard worker sincere and kind.

The industrial relation in the unit is very good. It provides good facilities to their workers, proper work environment and proper machinery are also given to them. The workers had never gone on strike.
