Home Staging Tip Tip: De-clutter your home. Sounds simple, right? The fact is that most sellers do not do enough to de-clutter. Take de-cluttering to the next level: pre-packing. Pre-packing is a zero-cost way for sellers to get their home ready for sale and to set the stage for buyers. Learn to view pre-packing as a means to achieve a higher price for your home. One of the best selling points when viewing model homes is that they are a blank slate. De-cluttering and pre-packing allow potential buyers to see past your things and to see more value in your home. How to de-clutter your home: Pack up personal possessions Remove all objects from each lateral space in your home Remove free-standing shelves and entertainment centers Check point: View your space through the lens of a camera. If any objects stand out, remove them! You have control of how your home is presented, and with about 73% of buyers previewing and eliminating homes by listing photos alone, you cannot afford not to de-clutter. The best part - its FREE!
Our grandson did not wait for his projected birth date. He was born three days early, on June 8th at 8:24am. Can I tell you this is just exciting! He is healthy, Mom is doing well, and Dad is assisting. The smile on my face gets bigger with each photo.

The judge had just awarded a divorce to Boudreauxs wife, who had charged non-support. He said to Boudreaux, "I have decided to give your wife $400 a month for support." "Well, dat's fine, Judge," said Boudreaux. "And once in a while I'll try to chip in a few bucks, myself."
