LEARNING MODULES (SLMs) AND OTHER PRINTED LEARNING MATERIALS FOR ALL LEARNERS OF

2. OBJECTIVES: (2 or 3 objectives)
The objectives of the school dry run are taken from the Division Memorandom No. 143, series
2020 which are as follows;
1. To properly orient and guide all stakeholders for the appropriate activities to be conducted that
shall make Cabay Elementary School prepared for the upcoming opening of classes on October
5, 2020.
2. To allow the school head and teachers to gather feedback from the simulation conducted for
possible enhancement on the implementation of relevant preparations for opening of classes

3. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY (Short descriptions)


 Reproduction Phase- The FPTA President and other alumni of the school initiated a fund
raising campaign wherein they were able to donate 1 printer, ink and more than 40 reams of
bond papers.
 Distribution Phase- The PTA shouldered the making of plastic barriers attached in the tables
used during the Distribution and Retrieval of module kits.
 Retrieval Phase- Class advisers assigned focal parents who will take charge of collecting the
modules that were not returned on the exact schedule.

5. RESULTS/OUTPUT

There was a positive result from the dry run activities made possible through the
leadership of the School Head and the cooperation of both the teaching staff and the parents.
Although there were challenges encountered in the implementation of the activity, they were
victoriously surpassed. The school strongly advocates on teamwork and positive outlook in
