The new Lifeclinic LC500 Health Station provides an easy, accurate, and accessible means for employees, program participants, plan members, or patients to check a variety of biometric measurements, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Self-monitoring increases an individuals awareness of his or her health and, more importantly, can alert a person to a potential health problem that requires professional evaluation.

The Lifeclinic LC500 Health Station can track information and data for retrieval in several ways. Individuals may choose to keep a graphical record of their biometric measurements for personal use. By creating a unique User ID and Password at the Health Station, their measurement data will upload and populate a private Health Chart, which they can access from their own computers at www.lifeclinic.com, our HIPAA-compliant Web site.

Program Participants
Personal ID cards, whether issued anonymously or to specied program members, provide quick and easy access to the Health Stations. On a permission basis, DM companies, coaches, health plan managers, physicians and other care providers can retrieve personal information to identify and manage risk factors and to quantify program results. Employers may access group aggregate reports that show a trending of health measurement and usage data over specied time periods. Soon, companies will have the ability to add customized HRAs and other questionnaires to the Health Station.
