PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN: Some of the projects undertaken by the company are listed below: 1. Customer Satisfaction Index-2011 A Market research Project for a leading pesticide/herbicide company in INDIA; Involved forming questionnaire (for company s top distributors), data analysis, report generation and making power point Presentations for multiple regions. An overall national report and presentation were also prepared. The recommendation and take home points helped the company to map the deficiencies and plan the future course of action to enjoy a higher satisfaction level next year. 2. A comparative Study of promotional activities of two leading fruit juices in India-Last Decade A market research project that included detail studies of the two companies promotional strategies, their consequences and customers perception about it. A careful selection of questionnaire, feedback from more than 50 customers and a critical analysis of the same helped to track a new and exciting trend of juice consumption in INDIA. 3. IT project with the help of Visual basic 6.0 in 2009 for a computer centre Project was prepared to help the authority to keep track of all the existing students and as well as the future students, i.e. a complete database to update the fee structure, automotive report generation and basic course information among many others. 4. Market research to find TOMA and ITP of Idea 3G services and to analyze customers satisfaction about Idea 3G in UP West market 3G services is a new product for the Indian market; 3G services are in introductory stage and to be one step ahead of the other players. Idea being a leader in UP West market needed to have a proactive approach by sensing the needs & wants of customers & converting the existing opportunities in profits. Thus consumer tracking (driving force for the project) was needed to sense the pulse of the market. Finding TOMA & ITP have helped in forming strategies for market communication. 5. Market research to analyze retailers response about Idea 3G in UP West market Retailers' response analysis have helped the company to find out the extent of penetration of Idea 3G services in UP west and retailers awareness about tariff plans and

schemes/commission on Idea 3G vouchers and hence to enhance the grip in the existing 3G market in UPW. 6. Market research to find out the effect of promotion schemes on consumer s buying behavior for LG & SAMSUNG Refrigerators. LG & SAMSUNG were using various innovative promotional strategies to highlight the peculiar features of their respective products such as various mediums/channels to communicate about the product with the targeted segment of the consumers, retailing methods, display factors, endorsements, alluring sales promotion schemes are some other instruments that are used to raise the demand of their product in the market. The aim of this project was to ascertain consumers preferences & the market penetration of LG & Samsung refrigerators and to found out how promotional strategies are affecting consumers buying behavior and whether promotional activities are actually the driving force in raising the demand of these refrigerators in the domestic market. The comparative study Comparative study has also brought out which promotional tool serve best for which company for raising demand and how companies & retailers can take help of these tools to increase sales figures & to satisfy consumers needs & wants in a better way. 7. Product Positioning Survey for Cutting machine with Hand-Safety The project was aimed to rightly & most profitably position the product- Cutting machine with Hand-Safety in various districts of Haryana state.
