IITBombayisstartingitsextensioncenteratAhmedabad,Gujarattobeabletocatertothe
growingdemandoftheregionalindustryprofessionalsforcontinuingeducation.
Thebeginningisbeingmadebyofferinga5daysabridgedversionofthepipingengineering
courseinAhmedabadfromFebruary711,2008.Inviewoftheshorterduration,thecoursewill
coversometopicsinreasonabledetailwhileotherswillbecoveredatanexposurelevel.Asetof

ABOUTTHECOURSE
PipingEngineeringisatrulymultidisciplinarysubject.Itdrawsitsknowledgebasefromchemical,

The courseis mostsuitedfor Mechanical andChemical EngineeringGraduates. However,
productionengineers,instrumentationengineersandcivilengineerswithpipingengineeringrelated
jobprofilecanalsobenefit,withsomeextraeffortsontheirpart.
