Para 1 - The applicant shall provide evidence that it has successfully completed or substantially completed with in the last seven years (commencing from the year 2001-2002) at least one contract pertaining to Highways (Road/and or Bridge works) or size at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for. Para 3 - Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission (i.e. gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) and continuing satisfactorily. For these, a certificate from the employer shall be submitted along with the application incorporating clearly the name of works, Contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, satisfactory performance of the contractor and any other relevant information.

Starting from the year 2001-02, the period of seven years ends in 2007-08. Please confirm that all the projects completed till 2007-2008 is to be taken or base year is to be taken as 200809 and projects completed ending 2008-09 in last seven years is to be considered. Please confirm whether all works substantially completed till last date of submission of pre qualification can be considered for particular construction experience.

It is understood that for additional experience in bridges required length of bridge i.e. 150 m and required length of ROB i.e. 60m can also be part of a contract. Please confirm.
