Project Description: Vodafone Hungary is looking to provision their subscribers using SAAM platform to strategic NEs to addressing the needs of new services. This has a direct positive impact on end customer satisfaction and eventually higher retention rates translating into improved ARPU. The project mainly has three modules, in which the first one is Telnet Adapter which deals with the basic services of creating the user and modifying the user and querying for the user and deleting the user. The second one is PGW Services which checks the status of the servers all the time and gives the response back. The third one is the security feature by using this we can provide security to the application by implementing password services which encrypts the password every time by using SHA-1 Algorithm. The project has the installation of these three modules in UNIX machine which needs to be done for each and every change. Project Description: This is all about information gathering and providing support for the customers based on the products they have purchased from D&B. There are mainly two products from DNBi those are Self Analytical Service (SAS) and Credit Advisor (CA). The buyers of these products will be called as SAS user and CA user, a user can buy both. SAS is used to observe the users own company profile according to the marketing scenario, where as CA used to buy the status report of other companies.CA reports are available in the CA product are in the range of CA(5) , CA(15),CA(75).Here 5,15,75 are the number of reports available. Each time when ever the user buys one CA report, the available count of CA reports will be reduced by 1. Whatever the problems faced by the customer in the usage of these two products will be raised in the form of tickets in a central repository(Acxiom) by giving some severity, based on the severity of the ticket the tickets needs to be addressed .
