Company Milestones Year 2010 Milestone Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd. embarks on an expansion drive of its Container Freight Station Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd. Acquires two Hong Kong based companies engaged in Non Vessel Owning Common Carrier (NVOCC) business in China and other parts of eastern reg ion. Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd. has recently bought a company based in London called SHE Maritime just before the Hong Kong ac quisitions The company also won the 'Logistics Company of the year' and the 'Freight Forwarder of the year (Indian)' at the Al l- Maritime and Logistics Awards (MALA) 2010. Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd. was ranked at No. 251 as per ET 500-2010 list, which is the most awaited list of India's leading 500 companies brought out by Economic Times Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd. has been ranked at 2nd position in Logistics segment and at 290th position overall in the 'FORTUNE 500' companies in India by 'Fortune India' 2009 The first Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd. Inland Container Depot (ICD) was started at Pithampur. Strategic Alliance with Hind Terminals to set-up and operate ICDs across India. Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd. declared "Company of the year" in the logistics category at the NDTV Profit Business Leadershi p Awards 2009. Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd. commences Third Party Logistics (3PL) Division. Commission of the 3rd Phase of our CFS at Koproli near JNPT. Brought in New Vernon Private Equity Limited as a private equity investor. 2004 Commissioned the 2nd phase of our CFS at Koproli near JNPT. Started Project Cargo Handling Business. 2003 Commissioned CFS at Koproli near JNPT. Entered into a JV with Transworld Logistics & Shipping Services Inc. 2002 2001 1998 1995 1994 Awarded with "Best Consolidator" by Concor. Acquired 50% stake in ACM Lines (Pty) Ltd. Made strategic investments in ECU Lines, Mauritius and ECU Lines, Middle East (Dubai). Obtained MTO License from the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India. Formed association with ECU Line NV, Belgium to serve as their agents in Mumbai and New Delhi. Appointed as agents of ASIA Lines Ltd., as Mauritian Shipping Lines, and to work for them under the daily supervision of gene ral agents i.e.
