Site Project Control Engineer with the follow ing requirements: Job function: Provide Project Controls representation on site for the EPC1 Construction works , specifically site planning & scheduling, progress measurement, change manageme nt and reporting. RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: * Provide planning and scheduling support as required to the MCL Onshore Si te Manager. * Act as the Project Controls representative on site for the initial Constru ction activities * Liaise with the EPC1 Contractor for all Project Controls related issues, p articularly for Planning & Scheduling requirements, agreeing on actual construct ion progress, reporting site related issues and miscellaneous change management issues. * Review and monitor the Contractor s construction performance in planning & sch eduling, especially in regard to regular lookahead forecasts, actual progress up dates, critical path identification, and ensuring the Contractor correctly and r egularly provides the necessary site updates for the required project reporting. * Provide verification of Contractor reported progress for verification of b oth reported & invoiced progress measurement and Schedule Milestone requirements . * Prepare all required site reporting and provide project status input into the Project Weekly & Monthly Reports. * Liaise with Contractor on site to correctly witness, document and record ( as necessary) any potential or agreed changes to the EPC1 scope of work. Required KNOWLEDGE, qualifications, skills, and EXPERIENCES: * Trade qualification or Diploma (Engineering or Accounting preferred) * Good written and verbal English communications skills. * Good technical/business team skills, ability to work well with others. * At least 5 years experience in the Oil & Gas or construction industry. * Experience with MS Office software programs (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project, etc). * Facilitating communication of various project execution issues among the P MT's engineering team that affect the civil engineering design. * Gaining alignment with the PMT on civil engineering needs, objectives, and requirements. Evaluates / comments on civil work performed by the Contractor and sub-contracto rs to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specific ations, ExxonMobil standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effectiv e execution of civil engineering and design routines that align with the project 's, goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the PMT and EMDC Functions on civil engineering activities, progress, and issues. RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: Support the Lead Engineer by coordinating/communicating various issues among the Owner's engineering team that affect the civil engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work * Facilitate and coordinate civil engineering technical work products * Evaluate / comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specification s, ExxonMobil standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of civil design drawings and documents * Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and re gulatory requirements; Ensure that such deviations will be processed according t o project procedures; maintains Deviation Control Log. * Steward civil engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests * Keep Lead Engineer informed of civil engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns * Participate in civil engineering reviews at Contractor's and subcontractor 's locations. * In collaboration with the Lead Engineer, gain alignment with the PMT on pr oject engineering needs, objectives, and requirements Participate in kick-off meetings with the EPC contractor and PMT to e nsure common understanding of engineering requirements, including deliverables Conduct project team member briefing sessions with respect to civil e ngineering requirements and processes * Coordinate owner and PMT civil engineering portions of design reviews to m inimize disruption of the contractor's work * Participate actively in the project's change management program * Steward the process of capturing and communicate civil engineering and des ign lessons learned for the project * Assist the Lead Engineer in stewarding the EPC contractor's activities wit h respect to civil engineering execution including: Ensure that all affected parties are familiar with engineering execut ion plans, procedures, objectives, and overall job requirements Ensure that the contractor staffs the project with adequate numbers o f qualified personnel Ensure that the contractor employs the appropriate design tools, incl uding computer hardware and software Ensure that the contractor adheres to all appropriate specifications

and standards Ensure that the contractor provides all contract documents, including those referred to in the job spec.
