Command Search allows users to quickly find commands that are either hard to find or not on the Standard Toolbars. Users can easily search for commands by name, returning a list of search results that users can then use to launch commands, drag and drop to any toolbar for easier access later, or highlight their location in the pull-down menus or toolbars.

Select all, used by pressing CTRL + a, can select all of the components in an assembly, or all of the sketch entities in a Sketch. This will save users a considerable amount of time when making mass changes or selections in an assembly or a sketch.

To facilitate faster and easier creation of equations, they can now be created directly within the Modify Dialog box used for every dimension in SolidWorks. Set Value/Text Expression while defining a custom property to Calculated Cost to read the calculated cost automatically.
