Should the total value of the Sales Contracts of the Products and Services on which the Payment ‘Schedule of the Compensation in annex 1 is based be modified, the amount of each installment mentioned in the Payment Schedule of the Compensation will automatically be modified prorata such modification of the total value of the Sales Contracts of the Products and Services. This annex 1 has been agreed on the basis of clause 5 ¢) of the Agreement and, in particular, paragraphs 3 and 4 which indicate that the receipts of payments for the purposes of making prorata payments to the consultant shall mean the actual receipt or credit of payments regardless Sf whether the receipts are in the form of advances, down payments, progress payments or any other form and that as the payment of the Sales Contracts of the Products and Services is financed, the consultant's compensation shall be paid proportionally to the delivery schedule as financed and not proportionally to actual installments by or for the account of the Customer. ‘As provided for in the Agreement, the Compensation Rate indicated in this Product Agreement Shall be paid to the Consultant’ in accordance with the payment schedule and procedures established by the above Payment Schedule of the Compensation for any additional contract for Similar or related products and services, any add-ons, extensions or supplements to the Sales Contracts of the Products and Services.As for the Agreement and for all Sales Contracts of Products and Services to the Customer and their related Product Agreements, if any, the Company undertakes fo enter into all requested agreements with all parties supplying the Products and Services to the Customer, without delay, so that all such parties are bound by the terms and conditions of this Product Agreement in order that it is fully and duly respected by all parties concerned and their successor(s), if any, during all. its duration.
