Training Course on Quality Management Systems (QMS) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)

August 16 – 19, 2011 Development Academy of the Philippines Conference Center, Tagaytay City

00% inspection by the owners and managers of outgoing products is one way to assure that all shipments to customers are within the product specification requirements. But then, what happens when you are not around to check? Customer complaints, more rejects, more rework... you must have a better system that would still work. Quality Management System (QMS) is a standardized way of planning, organizing, performing and monitoring the company’s processes in order to ensure the consistent delivery of quality products and services. Having a QMS quality means less rejects, rework, scrap and customer complaints resulting in higher profits, return on investment and comfort for the owners. Many organizations who have adopted a QMS realized it makes work simpler, not harder but smarter, with a QMS in place.
