Preheatoven to 350'E Coat a 9 x 1l-inch cake pan or bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Conrbine nraple syrlrp anci nrolasses. Add maple syrup/nrolassesto oil. Add vanilla and mix. In another bowl, conrbine flour, baking powder, spices,and salt and rnix well. Alternately add flour niixture and soy nrilk tc-r nraple/nrolasses and niix well. Pour iltto prepared pan and bake for approxinratcly 30 nrinutes, or until tootlipick insertcd in center conles out clean. Allorv to cool corrrpletely befbre frostine',vith either the Creanr Cheese Frostins or the Vanilla Glaze.

t /.' I found that the Vanilla Glaze works well on

bundt cake, and the Cream Cheese Frosting works will on 9 x 1 ' l - i n c hc a k e . The bundt cake will take longer to bake-about 45 minutes. Check by sticking a cake tester into center of cake. When it comes out clean. cake is done.
