At the appropriate place in subtitle E of title XII,

insert the following:

1 SEC. ll. REPEAL OF AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILI-

2 TARY FORCE.

3 The Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public

4 Law 107–40; 50 U.S.C. 1541 note) is repealed as of the
5 date that is 180 days after the date of the enactment of
6 this Act.
