Intake Counsel Virginia State Bar 707 East Main Street, Suite 1500 Richmond, Virginia 23219-2800 Dear VSB President Blank and Mrs. Martelino: As her authorized attorney under Virginia law, Mrs. Delores OBrien Heffernan called me this morning with concern fearing an internet virus from an unknown sender of email intakereb <intakereb@vsb.org>. Wisely, Mrs. Heffernan forwarded the email to me, unopened. I then opened the strange email to discover the letter shown to the right outing two corrupt Bar members, Karen Grane and Jason McCandless, both of Arlington. I called her back to inquire if she had filed a Complaint against either of the corrupt lawyers, Karen Marie Grane, or Jason L. McCandless, other than the one we worked on together. She advised me she had NOT. She was aware of the Complaint against corrupt lawyer McCandless, and a Petition for Special Grand Jury in Arlington Court about the FRAUD of Karen Grane along with the COVER-UP OF FRAUD by George Varoutsos, and my recent filing in Federal Court naming all three corrupt Bar members as well as others involved with violations of Virginia laws, and serial Child Abuse and Neglect. Being that corrupt Bar member Jason McCandless is on record in an email saying that he refuses to use the Box 76, Mount Vernon address, and this letter has NO postal return address for Mrs. Heffernan, as a former Navy Cryptology inspector general, I see fingerprints of communication showing corrupt coordination between the Virginia State Bar Assistant Intake Counsel and the Arlington Assistant County Attorney. I, Advocate & Counselor Manship, assisted Mrs. Heffernan file the Inquiry (= VSB euphemism) COMPLAINT against corrupt Assistant County Attorney McCandless. Jason is scared of dealing directly with me, so he attacks a Grandmother, Mrs. Heffernan, instead. What a coward, besides being a corrupt Bar-bully! Of course, Bar-bully McCandless and I have an ongoing history going back to 2007 when I beat his frivolous prosecution of me for a false charge of Breaking and Entering to MY home filed by a non-VSB lawyer-landlord who was also a Duke U. grad as I believe McCandless is. Then moments after I won in Arlington Court, I gave him a Courtesy Copy of a Federal RICO Civil Rights Violation lawsuit where JLM was named, as well as Chief Judge Newman. After Newman signed an ORDER OF DISQUALIFICATION, I shelved my suit. The question all this presents is When? When will the Virginia State Bar start to protect the Citizens rather than being a Protection Racket for its members? You can start by an honest disciplining of McCandless. Will McCandless be arrested for a FELONY for removal of the 29 AUG 2011 date stamped CRY FOR HELP letter to juvenile Judge Varoutsos of 11 year old Ashlie OBrien ? Despite a 4 Mar. 2009 letter to the VSB, after 15 letters to the Virginia State Bar in June 2011, FINALLY, the VSB scheduled a 26 August 2011 Bar hearing where Thomsons Bar card was REVOKED.
