The New Standard in the Treatment of Pressure Ulcers
Dear Healthcare Professional;

Veterans Administration Medical Centers, hospitals and nursing homes around the country are
currently conducting a series of open label trials with Immunocal® on pressure ulcer patients.

Immunocal offers increased efficacy and reduced cost in the management and resolution of pressure
ulcers. Immunocal is a bonded cysteine broad-spectrum nutraceutical food derivative with biologic
capability to modulate cellular function. Immunocal is affirmed as GRAS under 21CFR §184.1979c.
You may read more about Immunocal in the Physicians Desk Reference. More than 100,000 people
have used Immunocal with no significant adverse side effects.

In Preliminary data emerging from our open label trials we are observing stage III and IV pressure
ulcers resolve completely in about 6 weeks depending on the starting size of the ulcer with no
change in ongoing "best practice" pressure ulcer management. Our data demonstrates markedly
accelerated rates of healing.

We look forward to your organization having a positive evaluation of Immunocal and Immunocal’s
inclusion in your formulary for wound care therapy. Immunocal will be a valuable addition to your
formulary because of the speed with which it works and the potential cost savings to the institutions
you serve. Immunocal is beneficial to your patients because it has no known toxicity, is easy to
digest, and has been associated with an improved nutritional status in a broad range of patients,
including diabetics, dialysis, HIV/AIDS and cancer patients.

For more information about the science and efficacy of Immunocal, we invite you to explore our
company’s website at www.numedtec.com.

If you have further questions, please contact us at your convenience. We look forward to
collaborating with your company to explore what will be required to place Immunocal on your
formulary.
If you have further questions, please contact us at your convenience.

Sincerely,

NuMedTec
