Grew European operation from $1M to $5M EBITDA in 4.5 years by establishing a European Headquarters, aggressive sales & marketing efforts yielding 300 new locations generating $3M+ of operating profit. Increased Atlanta Region profits from $200K to $3.0M EBITDA in 5.5 years by integrating acquired cities in Charleston, SC, Knoxville, TN, Jackson, MS, and Mobile, AL, through focused new business results and relentless accountability for P&Ls. A companywide consolidation program using a technology platform and centralized operations and accounting was initiated from my program saving the company $5M. Won prized Chicago CTA contract worth multi-millions of dollars and positioned the company to be a long term partner for the growth of the CTA. Formed strategic partnership to promote company to the city & meet MBE requirements. Saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars through the conception and development of an automation technology model. Created a highly profitable competitive advantage through remotely monitoring multiple locations from a central command center. Program is now being used nationwide.

Nashville based company owns, leases, & manages more parking facilities than any company in North America. The company also provides ancillary services including parking consulting, on-street parking fee collection and enforcement services; & shuttle bus services. The company manages parking for: airports, hotels, mixed-use projects, municipalities, office buildings, sports facilities, medical centers, & residential buildings.

Regional Vice President, Chicago, IL, 2009 to 2010.


Added 29 profitable new locations in less than a year producing more than $1M of new EBITDA. Reduced G&A costs by more than 15% vs. prior year. Scope: Restructured Chicago Region generating $60M in revenues and $5M in EBITDA. Newly restructured region contained 8 Midwest operating cities, two major airports & over 900 managers & staff.

Senior Vice President-Chicago, IL, 2000 to 2009. Integrated merger of 26 cities in Midwest, Great Lakes, & Canada.
Renegotiated numerous loser contracts producing more than $1M of annualized EBITDA improvement. Acquired Calgary company & divested various cities successfully leading to EBITDA enhancement of more than $500K annualized. Scope: Held P&L accountability for $200M revenues encompassing approximately 1,000 locations & 3,000 employees.

Managing Director-London, ENG, 1996 to 2000. Grew organization from 80 locations in 1996 to 400+ in 2000,
increasing EBITDA from $1M to over $5M in 2000. Scope: Built European corporate office manned with a GM in each of 7 countries and a corporate headquarters staffed with MD, CFO, COO, CIO, HR, and other operational leadership.

Regional Vice President-Atlanta, 1990-1996. Grew business from $200,000 EBITDA to $3M EBITDA, 6 of 7 cities
