CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER UGANDA

There is a vacancy for the above-mentioned position. The successful candidate will ensure that customers are retained, satisfied and that their needs are fulfilled. The manager will also be responsible for designing and implementing improved processes or operational policies and recommend changes to service to fulfil customer needs. The key responsibilities for this position will be: Report useful information on scheme updates, scheme usage and membership to scheme administrators Retain 90% of current corporate members upon renewal and 85% of current individual members upon renewal Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers, monitor results and make policy change recommendations Ensure accurate and updated weekly and monthly reports Build efficient, effective and skilled customer service team Communicate pertinent information to clients on a regular basis Performance management

The right candidate must have the following qualifications: A bachelors in business or related field Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel Five years work experience Strong communication skills both written and oral Responsiveness and attention to detail Track record of innovation and creativity Strong commitment to customer focus, quality service and sales Must be proactive and resourceful in problem solving and loss avoidance Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on the best interest of AAR
