Service fee charging If you subscribe to more than one Happy internet package and/or top up your Happy internet via VAS card, fees will be charged based on the following priority: 1st Daily package 2nd Free packages 3rd Monthly/Hourly packages (first expired, first counted, judging from expiry date) 4th VAS card

Terms of service 1. New and existing prepaid subscribers in dtac 1800 system can subscribe to these packages from now until 30 June 2011. Subscription can be made through the following channels: dtac call center - dial 1678 (3 baht/call, including 7%VAT) Express Mobile Service (free of charge) IVR Automated Service - dial *1004 (free of charge) Online services - visit http://wap.dtac.co.th/happy Subscribers can check their VAS balance through the following channels: USSD - dial *1004, press 8 (free of charge) IVR Automated Service - dial *1001 (free of charge) dtac call center - dial 1678 (3 baht/call, including 7%VAT) All dtac service centers Online services - visit http://wap.dtac.co.th/happy 2. Subscribers will be entitled to the privilege of Happy internet packages as follows: 2.1 5 hours Happy internet usage for a monthly fee of 50 Baht. Valid for 30 days, no automatic renewal. 2.2 20 hours Happy internet usage for a monthly fee of 99 baht. Monthly fee and automatic monthly renewal for 12 months. 2.3 70 hours Happy internet usage for a monthly fee of 199 baht. Monthly fee and automatic monthly renewal for 12 months. 2.4 30 MB Happy internet usage for a monthly fee of 99 baht. Monthly fee and automatic monthly renewal for 36 months. 2.5 150 MB Happy internet usage for a monthly fee of 250 baht. Monthly fee and automatic monthly renewal for 6 months. 2.6 3 GB Happy internet usage for a monthly fee of 650 baht. Monthly fee and automatic monthly renewal for 12 months. 2.7 Unlimited usage of Happy internet for a monthly fee of 790 baht. Monthly fee and automatic monthly renewal for 12 months. 3. Terms of each package 3.1 If a validity period expires or usage limit is exceeded, fees will be charged at normal rates or rates of the subscribers current package. 3.2 Happy internet is available for personal domestic usage via mobile phone and computer only. 3.3 The shown service fees do not include content download fees which may be applicable depending on their respective service providers. Subscribers are recommended to study any terms and conditions applicable to downloading such content before applying. 3.4 Hourly-based packages is calculated by minutes. (Less than a minute is counted as one minute.) 3.5 The aforementioned rates are exclusive of 7%VAT. 4. Subscribers must retain active user status by maintaining a minimum balance of more than one baht and a validity of at least one day in their account, which the subscribers will be entitled to the privileges offered in this promotion program upon receiving SMS confirmation within one hour of subscription. 5. The service provider reserves the right to charge a package at its normal rates once the validity period of such package expires or subscribers have used up all the privilege offered from such package. 8. Subscribers registering for any SMS, MMS and Happy internet VAS package (either daily package, free packages, monthly packages or bulk packages with expiry date) can subscribe to only one package in each type. If subscribers desires to switch to another package, their existing ones must be canceled first. 9. Subscribers subscribing to MMS and Happy internet VAS packages must have a mobile phone, which is MMS/internet support and set up before the subscription is made. 10. In order to successfully subscribe to any VAS package, subscribers must maintain a sufficient balance for each subscription. 11. For utmost convenience, subscribers should study usage conditions, service rates, phone setting, and internet coverage area. However, the internet connection speed depends on time period, traffic congestion, and transmission quality of internet connecting

devices. Where the service is accessed abroad, applicable service rate depends on local internet operators. 12. Subscribers shall be subjected to the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and SMS, MMS, Happy internet subscribers shall not exploit or permit others to exploit the service for commercial purposes or use the service in rude, indecent, or obscene manners. Usage of this service shall not violate relevant laws, cause public disturbance, disregard moral standards, or breach any relevant agreement or legal provision. Moreover, this service shall not be used to intimidate, harass, threaten, or infringe on the right of privacy or defame others; and any usage shall not interfere with the service or cause technical impairment or adverse impacts which may affect other telecommunication operators or networks. If subscribers fail to comply with this provision, the service provider reserves the right to terminate the service immediately. In such event, subscribers shall be held personally liable and subjected to civil and criminal prosecution until final execution of a court order. 13. The service provider reserves the right to change any detail of this promotion as deemed appropriate.
