The only way to add to or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. 2. It is understood and agreed that the bride and groom will be responsible for asking guests to give us the room to shoot portraits during and after the ceremony. We, by no means, mind if the “paparazzi” would like to take pictures when we are finished. 5. Shooting Times/Additions: Coverage plan times must be used consecutively. Time starts when Lewis James Photography arrives and finishes when the coverage time runs out. Please agree to set aside at least 30 minutes of time before the ceremony and 30 minutes afterward to include as many posed photos as possible. The client and Lewis James Photography
