About Facilitators
David Weinstock
He is certified Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute and Stuart Heller’s Five Rings Coaching Institute. He is also a certified international trainer of Nonviolent Communication and a teacher of Aikido. He offers individual coaching, workshops and classes designed to help his clients develop their abilities to self-direct, self-generate, and navigate through the complexities of life with greater clarity and integrity. He leads training locally and around the world - in his community, schools, prisons, and communities on four continents. (

Nuttarote Wangwinyoo
He graduated from Environmental Leadership, M.A., from Naropa University, a leading Buddhist University in Colorado, where he gained insights and skills in the inner personal development as well as group process for collective leadership. For over 10 years, he has been working as a facilitator in areas of leadership and communication development for both public and corporate organizations in Thailand. ( He also writes articles on leadership regularly for “the New Consciousness” column in Matichon Newspaper.

What to bring?
Besides an open heart ready to learn and meet new friends, we would like to suggest a few things to bring with you here • Notebook and pen • Personal tumbler • Comfortable cloths, easy to sit walk, sleep and move around • Winter coat and others • Shower utensils • Umbrella or rain coat • Swimming suit • Medicine • Flashlight and its’ battery • Mosquitoes spray • Slippers, etc.

Participants arrive ChiangRai by ❖ Buses i.e. SombattTour, SiamFirst หรือ Transport 999 , etc. ❖Aircraft i.e. AirAsia, OrientThai or ThaiAirway, etc. ❖ or personal car. If you can not find your own way to NLF, please inform us for transportation arrangement.

We have clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with glass windows and mosquito nets at each side. The rooms have fans, a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a private bathroom with hot shower. All of the rooms have view on the surrounding hills or on the swimming pool.

We cook from fresh and local ingredient for you every day. Please inform us if you are vegetarian.
