A ceramic tile mosaic known as the “Water Quilt” adorns a wall over one of the center’s pools.

Winslow Ferry Terminal
“Tracing the Depths,” which combines sea sounds and underwater images, lines the terminal’s loading walkway. “Rainbringer,” a Northwest native-style totem sculpture, teeters over the High School Road-Madison Avenue intersection. A steel seed-pod inspired sclupture and bench faces Eagle Harbor at the base of Madison Avenue. A length of sidewalk is in the process of being inlaid with large metal and stone rings.
