This is to inform you that now the e-Scholarship is introduced. Hence all the students of above Category are requested to submit the Scholarship Forms online. The web site address for this is on this web site you will find eScholarship Icon. Please press this Icon. After that you will get the display Map of Maharashtra State and on the right hand top you will find LOGIN. 2. On this LOGIN please click New Registration; fill in the details of your 10th Standard Pass out details from your Mark Sheet. 3. After this all the details of your Marks Obtained, Name, Fathers Name, and Mothers Name Users Name will automatically displayed. 4. Then fill in your password as per example provided therein (do not forget the password). 5. Also fill in the Secret Question and Answer of the same (do not forget both), 6. Then fill in the details the strip provided in blue colour, Click in I accept column and press the switch Register. 7. Then your registration process is complete in all respect and you are authorize to apply for scholarship.

For application purpose please go to the web site and instead of clicking on new registration, please enter your user name (this usually seat number followed by Divisional Code and Month and Year of Passing) and pass word. We are attaching herewith the PDF file of the FORMAT OF APPLICATION to be filed in on web site. Please take one printout of the format, fill in the same manually for your reference purpose. Then follow the procedure displayed in the web site. After filling all you will have to take the final print out of the said application for which the switch is provided for PRINT. Please do not forget to take the print of the application form. For filing the application you will have to submit the Savings Bank Account. If anybody is not having account, he is requested to contact Account Department for opening of new Savings Bank Account (with LOCAL Address proof i.e. M.S.E.D.C. BILL COPY/ Hostel allotment letter). We will help for opening your New Bank Account with State Bank of India C.O.E. Branch, Pune. Alongwith this printout you will have to submit the all supporting certificates to Mr.Ashok Sutar in accounts department, The Schedule for submission for the same is as follows:On all days 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m and 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. 1. F.Y.B.TECH - 29th September 2011 and 3rd October 2011 2. S.Y.B.TECH - 4th October 2011 and 5th October 2011. 3. T.Y.B.TECH - 7th October and 10th October 2011. 4. B.TECH - 11th October 2011 and 12th October 2011. The accounts department will check and accept only in case of PROPER SUPPORTING CERTIFICATES ARE ATTACHED. Then the same will be forwarded to Social Welfare Department for further action in the matter. Kindly note that the students who paid the category fee must file the above form. The

Missing students for the above procedure will have to PAY THE FEES AS PER OPEN CATEGORY and will not be allowed to appear for Examination till payment of difference fees.
