Case Area One Alpha Will Work On We are going to study the rental limitation for Huskey Air. We are required to design a simple system which shows the availability of instructors and aeroplanes. The system must be able to handle more aeroplanes in the future as Huskey Air is going to expand their services. The system must also be able to handle complicated timetable as the reservations might be cancelled at the last minute. Besides, we need to design a system for the office and the ground team to be used for monitoring the rating of the aeroplanes from the pilots. This is to ensure that the aeroplanes are in good conditions and to prevent aviation accidents. The system will also need to include the pilots details such as the pilot names, addresses of the pilots, phone number, hours of flying with different varieties of aeroplanes, types of licence that the pilot carries and pilots qualification.

List of Team Rules and Expectations 1) How we will work together:i. All members are required to attend all meetings and conferences. If any members are unable to attend, meeting organizer must be notified. ii. If the key contributor is unable to attend, he/she must request to reschedule the meeting. A team member that misses more than 3 meetings will be punished by paying AUD 10 to every team members. A team member that misses more than 6 meetings will be eliminated from the team. All team members must contribute equally, if anyone is found not contributing, he/she will be eliminated from the team. Members of the team are encouraged to share all relevant information and be specific when discussing. Try to accept views from others. Whatever things happened or conversations took place must stay in between the team members. Absence or silence means agreement. No phone calls, texting or other electronics distraction during the meeting or practical. The group creates the outcome. You may have the floor for up to three minutes on a topic. If conflict happens, we will not solve it immediately as everyone is already frustrated. Team members should continue the talk later on or the next day. Rules and expectations can be changed or abolished, when there are more than 2 members agreed in a meeting provided all team members are present.

3) A code of ethics:i. Behaviour towards clients. a) Maintain all client information in the strictest confidential with regard to all applicable laws and Company rules. b) Provide all clients with a copy of the "Company Bill of Rights" and ensure that all aspects are understood and implemented by both the staff and the client. c) Respect all clients by maintaining a non-possessive, non-punitive and professional relationship with them. d) Provide service without discrimination of race, creed, religion, gender, national origin, sexual preference, age, disability, political affiliation, previous criminal record or financial status. e) Recognize that the best interest of the client may be served by referring that person to another agency or professional. f) Prohibit any sexual relationship of any kind with any client.
