Algae on terrace drains to clean make arrangement to have proper water drain. Cleaned 5th floor lift 7 out side display not working. ARD OK, Level out in ARD mode. Gap filling in lift floor with silicon is required. Staircase cleaning, painting & polishing is required. Glass cleaning is not proper. Transformers area no FFE available. Mats isolator room missing.
