Important Information
This is a members-only event.
Seating is with the Minister or Parliamentary Secretary of your choice, and payment must be received before we can fulfill your seating request - please be sure to register early. The deadline for registration with payment is Friday, September 30, 2011.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your registration once we receive a completed form and payment, but please contact us if you do not receive confirmation. You will receive your seating confirmation on or before October 7, 2011.

Seating Preference
Please indicate the Minister or Parliamentary Secretary you would prefer to be seated with, excluding the Premier, along with two alternatives. (A full list of the BC Cabinet and Parliamentary Secretaries is attached) We will try our best to seat members with the Minister of their choice. However, we reserve the right to seat according to availability. There is no limit on the number of representatives you may bring with you. However, in order to ensure each member organization the widest access to the Cabinet Ministers, each attending representative of your chamber or company will be seated at a different table. You may reserve an entire table of 8, however, it will include only your representatives and no Ministers or Parliamentary Secretaries. The BC Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances which may prevent the attendance of a Minister or Parliamentary Secretary.

Registration cancellations received after Friday, September 30, 2011 will be subject to a $30 administration fee per representative. There will be no refunds after Friday, October 7, 2011. Registrations are transferable to members only, without additional charge.
