I have studied and read wide with regards to the I. Cisco and Comptia.1.. I graduated with a B. support in the oil & gas industry. I.  Serve as the contact point for internal users with regards to issues with internal computing systems and network issues       Delivering high quality service delivery support Administration and maintenance of company’s internal systems Providing Access Management Administering IT infrastructure security Providing services for business continuity Manage network infrastructure to ensure network availability and ensure that IT&S related incidences are closed with Service Level Agreement (SLA)  Implement ITIL process in running of day-to-day IT services in the organization . Present position & responsibilities I currently serve as a network administrator at Helios Towers Nigeria (HTN). Background I am an Information Technology professional currently with Helios Towers Nigeria. HTN is the top infrastructure provider for wireless telecoms and internet service providers in Nigeria. System/Network Administrator in the I.Sc.T.T. I have worked in several industries in various positions.T. 2. profession and I have acquired several professional certifications with Microsoft. in Electrical Electronics Engineering and then proceeded to build a career in Information Technology. Financial and presently Telecoms Industry. I have 4 years experience on the job and believe the MBA will be a very good opportunity for me to further my career and also serve as a unique learning experience. My duties are as follows.
