Oh brethren, it is so good to see you.
President Wendell Nielsen: Yes indeed, it is
good to see you.
I will begin this meeting with prayer.
Prayer
o Lord God the Eternal Father, whom we love
and adore with all our hearts, this quorum of the
First Presidency of your Church and Kingdom
upon the earth bows before you in a meeting
appointed by you, having sent thy servant on a
mission; and now we join together to learn of you
and your Ways, 01 What you ate doing and ate
about to do among your children on the earth. And
we thank you for your kind mercy, that you reveal
your mind and will to your children on earth and
that you guide the faithful unto greater
faithfulness. We know you are a God oftruth, and
what you say we receive. We believe what we
shall hear.
In the authority of the Priesthood, we dedicate
this meeting and this time unto thee and ask, dear
Heavenly Father, that you will be near and send the
heavenly agents and Prophets that you will send at
this time to bear influence and allow this quorum
of the First Presidency to take a step forward in
advancing to the knowledge of God and what you
are doing among your people. We cry unto thee
for deliverance from the powers of evil, for
ourselves to be delivered and for all your faithful
ones who can qualify for Zion. We yearn for all
your people, yet we know your day of judgment is
upon us and you must choose from among your
people those you can use to redeem Zion.
We need you, Father, at this time. Guide thy
servant with the words and the message you would
give. May we be ready to receive all that is said
and done here. Thank you, Father, for testing your
people, for being among us.
Thank you for our holy Prophet President
Rulon Jeffs and Uncle Roy and Uncle John and all
the Prophets to Joseph Smith, and we thank you for
that great Prophet, a member of the Godhead with
thee, and the Godhead and their oneness. So may
we be one. Send forth your Spirit as a power that
we may see as you see, feel as you feel, and desire
what you desire to be accomplished. May our
hearts be set on your will only, loving you above
all. We rejoice in you, reaching to be guided at this
time to dwell in your will and advance your cause,
your Zion upon the earth.
May the Kingdom of God grow and be
protected of thee this day, that the Kingdom of
heaven may come, even thine own presence
among us with the knowledge of God dwelling in
your saints. All glory to thee, and thy will be done.
Reveal what you will at this time, we pray, in the
name of Jesus Christ, amen.

I come to you brethren in the name of the Lord,
reJOIcmg m HIm, Wim a yearnmg fiean for us and
all His people. The Lord wants me to make known
to you brethren the mission He has had me perform
the last nearly three weeks. I seek His Spirit to be
with us, and I will just take it in order. So often the
Lord has me do things that I don't see all the
reasons why at first. He has me step forth and do
certain things, and then in time He reveals what
His purposes are.
I had returned to this place of refuge, intending
and the Lord showing me that we needed to press
forward in our mission here, but I was kept away
from this people and from my family for two days,
the Lord judging us that we weren't fully prepared
as a people; and for me to remain, especially when
my family was offered special experiences and
they weren't earning those experiences, it would
have brought them under greater condemnation.
So the Lord showed me, at first, that I had to leave
to cause the people here to reach with greater faith.

I called you several times and left messages to train
our people here in the fervency of faith and that the
blessing of the fulness of Zion would not just be
handed to us.
The Lord directed me to leave that early
morning, Friday morning, June 4t\ and to have a
driver drive me who is not of the "Jeffs" or
"Allred" name, so I had Ben Johnson drive me.
The Lord directed my brother Isaac to come to be
the lead car to always radio to me ifthere is danger
ahead. I didn't tell them, at first, where we were
going, but I left here by 4:30 a.m. that morning and
the Lord had me go to the Center Stake again, and
there I stayed for four nights, three days and four
nights.
One of the trainings you heard yesterday was
when I was there. I called my family on how to
overcome their fallen nature. I think you heard that
last night. I yearned unto the Lord to know what I
was doing there. He had me -- one particular day
but for two of the three days -- travel around the
whole city of Independence. And now I have
become well acquainted with that land, the lay of
the land. He had me search out the minerals and
such that we could use. I observe that immediately
north of the temple site, just a few miles away, as
the hillside of the city falls into the river lowlands,
there is a large deposit of limestone where they
have a large cement plant I had the men that were
with me go and research from the geologists about
the minerals in the county and in that area of
Missouri. I learned that there is a large deposit of
coal there by the river. They have large stores of
oil. I observed the land as we traveled.
Before I went on that exploration myself, the
Lord showed me I was to visit the places where the
Lord did His work through Joseph Smith. I went to
the temple site several times, walked around it,
reading the scriptures concerning it as I went. I
learned where the court house was, where Joseph
was to start there and then go westward to find the
temple site; and I saw it was exactly westward
from the courthouse. I traveled to the temple site at
Far West. Each temple site I walked the
dimensions of the temple at that time. I then went
to Adam-Ondi-Ahman again and walked through
that whole area. It is a very peaceful valley.
I returned to Independence and then went
exploring alone. One day the Lord, all He said
was, "Go South through the city of Raytown."
That is the city immediately south of
Independence. So we traveled south. I drove on
that day. I traveled south with the young men
being the lead car. I went south and then east, and I
ended up at the capitol city of Jefferson City, the
capitol city of Missouri. I was impressed to go to
the capitol building and I spent an hour and a half
there. The Lord had me perform the work of going
through that capitol building and kicking the dust
off my feet as an ordinance and witness against
that state, delivering them over to the judgments of
God. I found a private side room, stood by myself
this time, with arm to the square, and in the
authority of the Priesthood delivered the
government and state and peoples of Missouri over
to the judgments of God to fulfill the promise of
the Prophets that that state would be swept
completely clean of its inhabitants, that there
would be no opposition to the establishing of Zion.
I observed, as I walked through that building,
the great pride. I went to the display area where the
pictures of the governors of the state were, and I
read through the history, how the state was
established in 1821. You remember Governor
Dunklin was the governor that would not protect
the saints as they were driven. Governor Boggs
was next, to execute the extermmahon order, and
then Governor Reynolds sought Joseph's life by
sending arrest warrants after him into Illinois.
Governor Reynolds, the history said, committed
suicide. And that is in Joseph's history where he
asked the Lord to protect him, and the next thing he
heard the governor had committed suicide. Even
in the Missouri history on their displays, it shows
those three governors as having the challenges
with the Mormons, as they called it. So standing at
their pictures, I performed that work of witnessing
against them and the state of Missouri and those
governors.
Throughout my travels the Lord often took me
to places that were most wicked, and I witnessed
the darkness and corruption of the people
everywhere I went. As I went along, I learned that
this was one of the purposes of this mission, seeing
where the Lord led me. You will see the greater
import of what I am saying as I go along here. I

returned to Independence, Missouri again, and the
next day I traveled through the city and observed
how the city was between two main hills; and the
ridge or hill where the temple will be built, on all
sides it falls to a lower elevation, so it is on the hill.
It will be the most prominent structure when it is
built.
I was then directed to go to Nauvoo and then
Carthage Jail that day. I actually walked through
Nauvoo, also witnessing the people who are there
now. I went right into the red brick store, to the
upper room where Joseph performed the
endowments, and to his homestead right next door
and the Mansion House next to that. The
Reorganized Church has control of those
structures. I went to the Nauvoo temple. They
built a new replica of the original, and it is all a
usable temple now, to them. I learned the
dimensions of that. As I went to these buildings
and structures, I also observed the stone work of
how they built with the heavy stones back in the
eighteen hundreds.
I stayed there and I then was directed to go
toward Chicago, and it just so happened that I
stayed at a motel in a place called Warrenville.
And then the Lord had me go along the Great
Lakes, all the way to Albany, the capitol city of
New York; and I stayed in a town just north of
there. And the next day I went directly to the
birthplace of Joseph Smith and observed the quiet
forest where he lived, also observing the Mormon
Church people who are lifeless and without
Priesthood. That is truly a beautiful place. The
Lord has shown me that many of these places,
during the Millennium, will be places where
temples will be built and the Prophet honored, but
in the right way, not with museums and dead
works. It will be a living work, the living
Priesthood doing there work there, and a living
testimony present, not the dead works only.
I then drove south through Vermont to the
birthplace of Brigham Young, observed where he
was born. I stood at that spot. The hills there go up
to about 4600 feet at the highest. The elevation of
these places was generally about a thousand feet.
Much of the land I drove across was only about
five hundred feet elevation. These men were born
in the Green Mountains and the mountains are just
totally covered with trees. You don't see cliffs and
rocks. I see why they call it the Green Mountains.
I observed on the map that in northern Vermont is
where Heber C. Kimball was born, and we
received a paper there showing how many of the
early prominent brethren called to help Joseph
came from there, like Oliver Cowdery was born in
Vermont, others.
I then left Vermont and drove straight to the
capitol city of New York; and truly, brethren,
Albany, New York is pure darkness. I had the men
take me to the capitol building there and I observed
they had great security all around it, police
everywhere. I also observed they were
reconstructing part of the building, and I was able
to look at their rock work. But at each of these
places --like Jefferson Missouri, also at Albany --
in the name of the Lord, I encircled the capitol
building and by prayer and ordinance delivered the
city of Albany and the state of New York over to
the judgments of God, kicking the dust of my feet
off against them as a witness Just driving through
the city and getting out and walking around, the
spirit there is so dark and terrible. Every place I
went all I could say was, "0 Lord, none doeth good
here. They are all dark and fallen." We stopped
many places for fuel and to stay the nights, to go
get some supplies. Everywhere I went it was the
same terrible darkness throughout this land.
I then drove to Rochester, New York, truly a
wicked and dark city, stayed the night and that was
the big city closest to Palmyra. And the next
morning I drove to Palmyra and walked through
the Sacred Grove, there offering up a fervent
dedication prayer, realizing that was the place that
the Godhead met. I had already been to
Adam-Ondi-Ahman, where the Godhead will meet
again on the earth with the Keyholders of
Priesthood, always looking forward, not just
looking back to these events.
I drove from there to the Hill Cumorah, and was
able to take the time there to walk up and down the
hill and around it. That is the largest hill I could
see there, rising above all others. From there I
went to where the Church had rebuilt the Peter
Whitmer home in Fayette, New York, where the
Church was organized, where the three witnesses
did their work, and so on.
Excuse me, before I went to Rochester, the day
before I left Albany, the Lord had me go south to
the Susquehanna River. I was able to stop right
along the border of Pennsylvania and New York
and stand out by the river. Then we went south to
Susquehanna and just happened to fmd the spot
where Joseph Smith's home in New Harmony was,
which is the city of Susquehanna, and the Church
had put up their monuments, "This is near the
place where the Aaronic Priesthood was restored,"
which was so. Joseph and Oliver were translating
the Book of Mormon at that place. So I saw where
the Priesthood was restored, or around that area.
Then I went to Rochester, stayed the night, and
then went to these other places.
From there, I was not to go to any more of these
historic sites. I had already been to the Kirtland
temple last February or so and seen how that was
constructed. But the Lord had me go south to
Columbus, Ohio. And I arrived right around 6:00
o'clock p.m. We drove around and found the
capitol building there.
I failed to tell you, while I was in Springfield,
after leaving Missouri, after seeing Nauvoo and
Carthage, I went to the capitol building in Illinois
and did the same work -- walked around that
building, performed the ordinance of kicking the
dust off my feet, calling upon the Lord to send His
judgments upon that ",Ticked state and peoples
Now I went to Ohio, after New York, performed
that same work there -- walked around the capitol
building. I was able to sit on a bench under some
trees and hold my arm to the square there and in the
authority of the Priesthood and by the keys and
powers thereof, delivered the state and
government and peoples of Ohio over to the
judgments of God and that they would be swept off
the land, that the prophecy that Missouri, Illinois,
and Ohio would be left without inhabitant would
be fulfilled. Again it was the same dark spirit
everywhere.
I left Columbus Ohio, the capitol city of Ohio,
and went to Cincinnati and stayed the night. I was
then shown that perhaps I would go down to Rl7
next. So I was shown to travel south, and we went
south through LewyVille, Kentucky down through
Nashville, Tennessee. Well, at LewyVille, we
needed to service our cars. We had been so many
thousands of miles distance. I tried hard to find a
motel just to put my scribe and I in so that we
would be out of sight, but everywhere we went,
there wasn't a motel available. So needing to
relieve ourselves and find a little bite to eat and the
boys to get the car serviced, I was led to go to the
big shopping mall right there in LewyVille,
Kentucky. And I learned afterwards, from the
Lord, that it was His purpose that I don't just avoid
the people. I was to walk among them and be a
witness of their condition, and again seeing that
place was the most dark, filthy, low, corrupt place,
and the glory of the world in it all. I observed
everywhere I went through all these states,
including Missouri, that the white race have
surrendered to the black race, taken on their
bloodline, their ways, their spirit; and none doeth
good out there.
[Uncle Fred left the room for a few minutes.]
[Speaking to Uncel Wendell.] It sure was a
miracle when I arrived here the other night -- the
neighbor had left. I came and then he returned.
President Wendell Nielsen: Well, Uncle
Warren, you really have been doing the Lord's
work.
[Uncle Fred returned.]
So I witnessed the darkness of the people
everywhere I went. The Lord showed me that this
'Alas ODe purpose of tbis mission where I went
through the heart of the land -- clear through the
east, then through the central states and south. I
drove from there to Little Rock, Arkansas. Again,
everywhere observing the corruption of the
people, that none doeth good out there, delivering
all these places over to the judgments of God by
the authority of the Priesthood.
But in particular, I walked around the capitol
buildings of Missouri, Illinois, New York, and
then Ohio, and performed that work. That in
addition to what the Lord had me do a year ago,
where He had me go to Salt Lake City, to Phoenix,
to Washington D.C. and to Sacramento, California
-- all sides of the land -- and then Kansas City,
Independence. We went and did that work last
year and now the Lord has had me continue that
work on this mission.
The Lord showed me that my enemies were
seeking after me, that I was not to go to Texas. He

showed me that I must go back to Short Creek. We
drove all day and I stayed at Albuquerque, New
Mexico, and while there the Lord showed me why
I was going back to Short Creek, and that I was to
go right into the community and stay at father's
house and perform a special work there. That is
what I am here to tell you brethren about. It has
made my heart just yearn for our people.
I reveal to you brethren that the Lord had be go
to Short Creek and perform the same work, that
now Short Creek has been delivered over to the
judgments of God by ordinance. The Lord had me
stay the night and gather two groups of people,
about twelve brethren in the morning and then a
group of nearly thirty people in the afternoon and
give them the training on the places of refuge.
Then He had me travel with the Bishop, Brother
William Edson Jessop, and his counselors, and we
went up and down nearly every road, observing the
community, and the Lord allowing me to feel the
spirit among the people. He had me perform the
ordinance of kicking the dust of my feet off against
that place, and then return to the house and perform
the ordinance of wahsing of feet as a testimony
against them, and then offering the prayer the Lord
required.
My yearnings unto the Lord that night I stayed
there -- I went through the heavenly session and
the Lord gave this revelation.
I was bringing a copy to you brethren, I am just
looking for it. I would like you to read along with
me. I will read it out loud, while you brethren read
along.
Revelation Given to President Warren S. Jeffs
At His Home in Short Creek
Tuesday, June 15,2004
7:30 a.m.
1. Verily thus saith the Lord unto you my
servant, Warren JejJs, whom I have called
and chosen in these last days to gather mine
elect unto the redemption of Zion:
2. 1, the Lord, have sent you to the Short
Creek Stake of Zion at this time, to bind up
the law and seal up the testimony against the
half-hearted and the ungodly among the
people who profess to know my name.
3. For there are many among them who
draw near to me with their lips, but their
hearts are far from me.

4. And my day of visitation and of
cleansing and of purging is now upon my
people; and beginning at the house of God,
my judgments shall roll forth and fill the
earth.
5. Blessed art thou, my servant, for you
have been willing to atone for those who can
qualify for the fullness of the redemption of
Zion, and your heart is right before me.
6. And I, the Lord, shall yet require of you
a greater sacrifice and atonement to fulfill
my purposes in the fulness of the redemption
of Zion.
7. 1, the Lord, have heard your prayers,
and seen thy sacrifices in behalf of my
people; and in the day of wrath I will
remember mercy, and deliver mine elect, who
have purified their lives in me and dwell in
my holy love.
8. Verily I say unto you, my servant, go
forth now and perform the work of gathering
through ordinances and trainings for the
obedient whom I have named.
9. And by ordinance, and also the prayer
offaith in the exercise of the keys and powers
of Priesthood, deliver the ungodly among my
people over to the judgments of God, as a
witness on the earth against all their wicked
doings; that 1, the Lord, may be justified to
preserve the righteous by sending forth my
judgments upon this nation which is ripened
in iniquity, and upon all the ungodly among
you.
10. My arm of mercy has been stretched
out all the day long through my servants
whom I have sent; and the voice of warning
has been sounded to the nations, and to my
covenant people, through the mouths of the
Prophets and those who they have sent.
11. And I have led you, my servant, to
perform the work of traveling among this
nation and peoples, and witnessing their dark
and fallen state; having performed the work
of binding up the law and sealing the
testimony against this wicked generation.
12. And you are now sent to perform that
work where my Celestial law and my word
and will has been given in fulness, unto a
people who have covenanted to obey my
word, and that I may fulfill my promises.
13. The day of choosing is upon my
people, and I am the judge of all flesh, and I

am the creator of heaven and earth; and by
my almighty power do all things exist, and my
purposes shall notfail; but every word I have
... spoken through the mouths of the Prophets
shall be fulfilled.
14. I will preserve mine elect in mine own
bosom, whether in life or death, and none
shall be lost who abide in me; and I will raise
up unto myself a people purified through
tribulation.
15. And as they seek unto me in all
diligence, and in the fervency of the exercise
of my holy love with rejoicing in me, so shall I
answer their prayers and their faithfulness
with the blessing of deliverance.
16. And great shall be the joy of the
obedient as the angel of my presence is sent
forth, to preserve themfor thefulness of Zion,
even mine own presence, and the presence of
the angels among them.
17. 1, the Lord, shall strengthen you, my
servant, through the day of trial and testing
as you continue to seek unto me.
18. And through my power, perform the
works I send you forth to do; and I will be
with you, and my servant, thy father, and
others I will send shall be near.
19. Thou know est I have delivered you
many times from thine enemies; and the
experiences you are going through, my

knowledge, and ordinances and blessings,
and witnesses; to bring you and a prepared
people into the presence of God in honor, and
to do my will.
20. I have sent you to call upon thy family,
and the family of thy father to receive my
warning voice, and according to their faith
and their diligence in me so shall it be.
21. For my people can only know me, the
Lord their God, through the burning of my
Spirit in their minds and hearts.
22. And they must be able to stand in the
presence of my glory to dwell in Zion.
23. And verily I say unto my people,
prepare ye, prepare ye, for my day of
visitation is upon you.
24. How oft would I have gathered you as
a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings
to preserve and protect you, and many would
not.

25. I am now cutting short my work in
righteousness, and will choose from among
my people those prepared for the fulness of
the redemption of Zion, and who qualify for
mine own presence among them;
26. And they must needs be tried and
tested and proven in all things.
27. Verily I say unto you, my servant, 1,
the Lord, am with you. Hold on thy way, and
the powers of heaven shall attend you in
doing my will.
28. And the yearnings of thine heart for
the fulness of Zion to be established shall be
answered upon your head, and in behalf of a
prepared people.
29. My peace be upon you my servant. I
love you and am guiding you still, and will be
with you from on high as you perform this
mission.
30. This is the word of your Lord and
Savior, even Alpha and Omega, the
beginning and the end, the light and life of the
world; having all power to preserve the
obedient, and to bring righteous judgment
upon the ungodly. Even so, amen.
Do you brethren receive this revelation?
President Fredrick M Jessop: Yes, I sure do.
President Wendell Nielsen: Yes, sir.
Let the record show the quorum of the First
Presidency receives this as applying to the Church
of God on the earth.
All night that night I was yearning. When I
arrived, I gathered the family and spoke to them
from 9:30 p.m. until 11 :00 o'clock p.m. delivering
a final warning, and I have that recording that I can
let you hear. Through the night I was yearning
because I knew what this meant. The Lord had led
me through the nation for the last year and half to
perform this work. And now, if you remember
Uncle Fred, as we established the missionary
work, I told you and your counselors this was
binding up the law and sealing up the testimony
concerning the people of the Priesthood. That
work has been done. My family rejoiced to see me.
I hadn't been there for six months on that property,
and they didn't understand why I was there, and
this is what I was yearning about. The Lord also
showed me I had to have my young children off of

that property, as some had returned to be with their
mothers.
I say again, I traveled with the Bishop while he
showed me where everybody lived. I looked at the
people, feeling their spirit. In Short Creek there is
such a laid back attitude, over the people generally.
You would think with the Lord withdrawing the
First Presidency and stopping our meetings and
our ordinance work the people would just be
fervently humble and repentant. But I will read
through this with you brethren and let you hear the
exact words I offered in prayer.
Ordinance of the Washing of Feet
Against the Ungodly in Short Creek
Short Creek, Utah
Tuesday, June 15, 2004
8:11 p.m.
This is Tuesday, June 15, 2004. I am
standing in my office in Short Creek, the
north house, sent by the Lord to perform the
ordinance of the washing offeet against the
ungodly and halfhearted who will not repent
among this people. I have just driven through
most of this community with the Bishop and
his counselors; and according to the Lord's
command, I quietly kicked the dust off my feet
and performed the ordinance of kicking the
dust off my feet and testifying against the
ungodly and halfhearted who will not repent
in this community. I seek the Lord's guidance
in this effort.
Just know it, the heavens are watching.
I then took off my shoes, with my suit on, and
took pure water and washed my feet. As I washed
my feet with water, these were the words I
pronounced.
Prayer Offered While Washing Feet
In the authority of the holy Melchizedek
Priesthood and the keys and powers thereof, I
perform the ordinance of washing my feet in
pure water as a witness and testimony
against the ungodly and halfhearted in the
community in the Short Creek Stake of Zion
who will not repent and who will yet prove
enemies to the work of God because of their
persecutions against the faithful. I do this
according to the commandment of God and
ask the Lord to ratify the same in the heavens,
again as a witness against all those who fight
against the work of God and the Priesthood
and who will yet fight against the work of
God and the Priesthood. I do this that the
faithfUl will be preserved and protected, by
the authority of the Priesthood, and in the
After I performed this ordinance, still with my
feet uncovered, but in my Priesthood clothes, I
held both arms to the square and offered this
prayer.
Dedication Prayer After Washing Feet
o God the Eternal Father, thy servant,
bearing the holy Melchizedek Priesthood,
comes before you in the attitude of a prayer,
arms to the square, having performed the
ordinance of the washing of feet as a
testimony against the ungodly among your
Priesthood people and in this community of
Short Creek. And as you have sent thy
servant here to perform this work and to
witness thy people and the spirit here, and
remembering your promise that there will be
a people come forth from among your
Priesthood people to redeem Zion, and you
are now performing that great gathering, and
as we are now facing the great day of
judgment, and the judgments of God are upon
your Priesthood people and the halfhearted
continue among your people, we now present
before you the condition of thy people,
yearning for the faithful, forgiving all men
and women, leavingjudgment to you, Father.
We remember that a year ago last March
YOU revealed your mind and will to establish
the missionary work for the purpose of
binding up the law and sealing up the
testimony against the ungodly among your
people. And that work has now been
performed through each Bishop and their
counselors and those Priests and Teachers of
the Aaronic Priesthood that have been sent
forth, and a record has been kept. And
behold your people draw near to you with
their lips and say they are with your
Priesthood and with thee, and yet your
judgment has had to be sent forth; and this
people will not prepare, as a people. And to
fulfill your purposes, thy servant stands as a
witness against the ungodly and halfhearted
who will not repent, knowing they have had
Priesthood and the Prophets and the
trainings and the gift of the Holy Ghost and
every gift needed to make the final
preparation for Zion, and they would not.
And knowing that you must purge your
people of all ungodliness, and having
performed this ordinance of the washing of
feet as a testimony against the ungodly in the
Short Creek Stake of Zion and among your
Priesthood people, wherever they are, in the
authority of the holy Priesthood and by the
keys and powers thereof, we deliver this
community over to thejudgments of God, and
ask you, Heavenly Father, to remove the
Spirit of protection from those who will not
repent and who will fight and are fighting
against the Church and Kingdom of God;
and also in this prayer, in the authority of the
Priesthood, we dedicate the elect and those
who can qualifY for Zion unto thee, thy
protection, thy increase, and that you will
preserve a people unto yourself who will be
used in the redemption of Zion. And now
bring forth the events and the experiences
your people must go through to fulfill your
purposes on earth and establish Zion in
fulness.
And as you have rejected this place as the
gathering place for your faithful ones and
you are establishing the lands of refuge, we
dedicate the lands of refuge anew unto thee,
and ask you to send forth every gift and
blessing to establish Zion in fulness on those
lands; and may your own presence and the
presence of the angels attend the faithful.
And as you wean your people away from
Babylon and allow the tribulations to come

Father, to preserve a people from among this
Priesthood people to be used in the
redemption of Zion. And as the righteous are
driven from this community through the acts
of wicked men and women and the powers of
the evil one against us, and as the righteous
will be removedfrom this land and this place,
we deliver this community and the wicked
who persecute your saints over to the
buffetings of satan in the authority of the
Priesthood and over to the judgments of God.
We deliver this community, after the
righteous are removed, over to be the
beginning place of the whirlwind judgments,
and send forth your fire from heaven and the
overflowing scourge and your other
judgments upon this land, beginning at this
place, for to a great degree this people have
rejected the Prophets, and thus thee.
Father we are concerned about the army
of Zion that dwells here. Bless the young
people who can qualifY to be preserved and

preserved, to be lifted up and protected and
placed in the care of the faithful. Do not
allow your work to fail. Peiform your mighty
work and judgment. Thy servant stands as a
witness against the ungodly among this
people, asking you to bring forth the fulness
of Zion. Cause that there will be strength
sent to the lands of refuge in every way. But
we know you must hold to your time and way,
and you are a God of truth, and we know
whether the righteous live or die, they will be
part of Zion and part of thee.
We dedicate the faithful of this family and
these households here on this property,
where the family of President RulonJejft and
of Warren Jejft dwells, that the faithful will
be preserved, though they see trying times.
And allow thy servant to gather the faithful of
this family and the faithful from among your
people. Allow thy servant to travel and to
move and do, to gather the elect. Put your
Spirit of protection around those who are
dedicated unto thee.
Now send forth the experiences to bring
about the fulness of Zion. Wean this people
away from Babylon. Open doors of
deliverance for the faithful. And as the
ungodly perform their wicked acts,
remember your promises that you would send
forth your judgments upon the wicked to

Guide thy servant to be a witness and
bless this handmaiden, who is a helpmate in
every way, to be preserved and protected as
witnesses of this deed against the wicked of
this generation. You have sent us across this
land, and we have witnessed the corruption
and evil and the fallen ways of this wicked
generation, and none doeth good throughout
this land. And now among your Priesthood
people, bring forth the final preparation and
the fulness of Zion that your purposes will be
accomplished on the earth. We yearn for
Zion and for your presence and to qualifY.
Fill us with your holy love. Forgive all those
who can qualifY. Hold not back your work
any longer. We are willing to go through
whatever is requiredfor thefulness of Zion to
be established.
You have sent thy servant to this place to
perform this ordinance work and this
training of gathering more of the elect. Hear
thou this prayer, delivering the ungodly and
the wicked in this place over to the judgments
of God, and placing the seal of protection
upon the faithful and the pure in heart and
perform your miracles of deliverance in the
day of trial and purging. Purge your people
of all ungodliness. Clean them up every whit.
We desire none to fall. We yearn that all will
repent; but you are a God of truth and we
know your purposes must not fail and the
time of the redemption of Zion is upon us.
All glory to thee and thy will be done,
performing this ordinance by the authority of
the holy Priesthood and by the keys and
powers thereof Will you ratify the same in
the heavens and hear this dedication prayer
and perform your work and a wonder in
preserving your righteous people for the
redemption of Zion and removing the wicked
from among thy people in fulness, and now,
Father, bring about the fulfillment of your
promise, as the Prophet Moses declared of
thee, to bring about the entire separation of
the righteous from the wicked and preserving
your people for the redemption of Zion in
fulness. Do not allow the halfhearted and the
ungodly to destroy your work. Bring about
your purposes, and as you have commanded
thy servant to let go ofthe halfhearted. by this
ordinance, this is performed, and our hearts
are turned to thee and to Zion. In your time
bring forth your judgments as a whirlwind
upon this wicked nation and leave the wicked
neither root nor branch.
We offer this as though it was a final
testimony against this wicked generation and
the ungodly among your Priesthood people
who will not repent. Now bring about the
events of the dissolution of this wicked nation
and the nations on this land of America. And
bring about the fulfillment of your promises
to all your holy Prophets, that Zion will arise
and shine, and you will dwell among your
faithful people. Reveal to thy servant what to
do next for the redemption of Zion. Preserve
the elect and those who can qualify. We love
you Heavenly Father, and we know you are a
God of love, and you have promised that the
obedient will be blessed and the wicked shall
be cursed; and we leave the curse of

throughout this land, throughout this nation,
delivering them over to the judgments of God
in your time and way, all according to your
will and power. Bring forth thy Zion in
fulness.
We offer this prayer by authority of the
Priesthood, saying thy will be done, wanting
to please you in all things, Father, and in the
Immediately after this ordinance the Lord
warned me to quickly leave. He had appointed
many marriages to be performed before I left, but
He told me right then, as I finished this, that the
enemy knew I was in that place and that I had to
leave quickly. So within a short time, I was on my
way, in the darkness.
I had arranged for the brethren that assist me to
leave at 3:00 a.m. in the morning with my young
children that were in Short Creek. I myself had
already had a backup plan, where I reserved a
motel in a neighboring town in Arizona. I drove
there immediately and experienced the session
there that night. The drivers with my family were
ahead of me. The mothers to these children were
not named by the Lord to go. So these young
children went with other ladies that were named. I
had Isaac Jeffs drive a motor home with some
ladies and these young children to R17, and I was
told to go to R17 in Texas.
I stayed the night in Albuquerque, New
Mexico, while the others arrived earlier. And the
next day, as the Lord directed, I had to rent cars
with Texas license plates and then drive in to R17.
This was last Thursday night. Through Thursday
night and all day Friday and into Saturday, the
Lord had me in hand and this work continued.
Upon my arrival, and in the heavenly session
the Lord showed me His judgment upon the people
on that land of refuge, and He took all my family
through a test on Friday -- who of them was
prepared for the presence of God in my presence
and who could receive the ordinance of having the
love of God sealed upon their mind and heart as a
daily increase? Two ladies received that
ordinance. The Lord had me bring into my room,
while I was in the heavenly session with the
heavenly powers there, several ladies, one at a
time. And the Lord showed me that, "No, this one
isn't ready. No, that one isn't ready." And all I

could gather from among the whole people on that
land of refuge was one lady, with my scribe,
Naomie, and the three of us experienced
marvelous things and the witness of the presence
of God. So Sunday at meeting, which you have
now heard, the Lord had me declare to my family
and to the people that the Lord has judged the
people on this land also and there is hardly one
among you ready for the presence of God and the
fulness of Zion.
So the Lord had me go to Texas to discern the
people there and there were hardly any people
prepared, and He had me declare to them that He
will now allow greater experiences and trials to
come upon them to bring them to a greater
fervency of faith.
The Lord would not allow me to meet with you
brethren yesterday, as you will see, that upon my
arrival here, He had me in session. And more
especially last night, the Lord was near and had me
in session. And even the ladies who had
experienced marvelous things with me and knew
of the presence of God and the all-consuming fire
of heaven, they were allowed to sit in front of me
last night for an hour and a half while I was
experiencing the heavenly connection. The Lord
showed me last night that even the people on this
land are not fully prepared, and He showed me
1arb),; that elTen those lArha are favored to know Of
the presence of God and the all-consuming fire of
heaven as they sat there with me, the Lord had me
speak to them where I told them, "You ladies must
realize the Lord is judging you right now. Are
some of you holding back this work?" I asked
them that, and I explained to them His judgment
that they were yearning for what they wanted.
They wanted to see father, or they wanted to see
this manifestation or that manifestation; and
though they knew of the heavenly powers we
didn't have a oneness, and the Lord showed me
that the people on this land, including my family,
we have fervent yearnings for Zion, but we have a
scattered faith where we are asking the Lord to
give us what we want, as far as a testimony.
So the Lord wants me to meet with the people
here today at 2:00 o'clock p.m. at the other house,
if you can come there, and teach them how to have
a oneness of faith. You brethren have fulfilled the
Lord's command and He is pleased with you
brethren. In the December 24 revelation the Lord
spoke to you brethren as an example of what all the
people must do.

21. Let the First Presidency of my church
be one, and believe the revelations of my will
I send to you through my servant, and uphold
him through the prayer of faith; and be
prepared to assist in the fulness of the
redemption of Zion.
What we still lack is that focus of faith on the
Lord's will through the Prophet, being done.
Many are still wanting this blessing and that
blessing. They want a certain kind of testimony
and manifestation. Instead of saying, "Heavenly
Father will you give us what you see we are
prepared for," people are saying, "I want this and I
want that." They are exerting their faith in a
scattered condition -- one mind and heart going
one direction one another -- yet all saying they are
yearning for Zion. And where we need to unite
unto a perfect faith is to stop demanding of the
Lord what we think we should have and let us ask
Him for the gifts and blessings He sees we are
prepared for and that we can handle properly. It
has to be the perfection of "Thy will be done," to
be a perfect faith. Where we have yearned for
certain things, we must be carefullest we have our
faith t11vetteo [6 om OWl! will, ever so sliglrtly.
So last night the Lord was offering to some of
these ladies more marvelous knowledge and
experience and they could feel the heavenly
powers present. They all acknowledged that, but
all I could declare to these ladies who had the
experiences was that even they who had the
knowledge of the heavenly powers, they were
living in a scattered faith. I had to send them out to
go prepare further. The Lord has appointed my
scribe, Naomie, to be a witness and she has
witnessed great things that she is not allowed to
talk about, but she remained. And the Lord took
me through a severe time through the night and
morning, with rejoicing, because it always brings
about His purposes and will. This is what the Lord
wants us to do, brethren.
President Fred M Jessop: So we are going to
be corrected?
I am just voicing to you that not only did the
Lord send me as a witness throughout this nation,
but among all His people. He also had me bring a
man from R23 and give a report yesterday, Rich
Allred, and they still are not through with the work
the Lord has directed them to do. So what the Lord
wants the people on this land to do is to join in a
meeting today and be trained in how to more
perfectly exert a oneness of faith and not have a
scattered faith. And then I am to go perform more
training and ordinances tomorrow and Friday, and
then I will be back here. Hopefully we will be
more prepared that this weekend, through a fervent
oneness of faith, we will have greater knowledge
and blessings and experiences than ever before.
The Lord is calling upon us to go on a three day
fast, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for Him, the
Lord, to strengthen me and the First Presidency in
this mission in reaching unto the Lord for greater
knowledge and blessings for the fulness of Zion.
The Lord is pleased with you two brethren, and I
love and appreciate you beyond words to express.
But as long as these people are connected with us,
they tie us down until they come up to that oneness
of faith. And so may our families be more
prepared. The Lord has judged this whole people
and there is hardly one person among us ready for
the fulness of Zion right now. He wants this
quorum of the First Presidency to move forward.
I also reveal to you brethren the Lord has shown
me that He is withdrawing His Spirit from the
saints in Short Creek, from the halfhearted. There
is a great conspiracy taking place there. I name
one report to you. While I was in Short Creek I
told the Bishop, William Edson Jessop, that after I
left to handle Albert Council, that he does not hold
Priesthood. His ladies had inquired and the Lord
revealed to me he must leave and repent from a
distance. Also I called Sam Barlow to handle
Nephi Draper, that he doesn't hold Priesthood and
Sam Barlow to gather up his daughter into his
family. But on my return here from R17, I had the
report that Albert Council had reacted wrong at
first. He joined with Richard Holm, Spencer
Johnson's sons that are against us, that are with
Winston, and with Tracy Barlow, for one day,
demanding to hold on to his house. But the next
day, his heart was softened; and instead of writing
a letter, gave two tape recordings of confessions.
And Albert Council in one recording gave this
report to me, that I had LeRoy listen to and help me
understand. That these men -- Richard Holm and
Tracy Barlow -- these men had said to him that
Dan Fischer, Shem Fischer had got Don Fischer
and Walter Fischer, two younger brothers, to
accuse me and bring me to court for molesting
them, as though I had done this. They are willing
to falsely testify in court and that Dan Fischer is
determined to overthrow and destroy me.
But in that conversation, Albert Council
revealed that these men told him that some of them
and the federal government had joined in hiring
special investigators to follow me and search for
me. Now that is their words. The Lord has told me
these are hired assassins searching for myself and
for you. The evil powers and these apostates think
that if they can kill us the work of God will stop.
They are filled with hate. The Lord showed me
they have their meetings right there in Short Creek,
this conspiracy. There are men who still claim to
uphold us that are working against us.
I present to you here what the Lord showed me
this morning two names -- that the Priesthood of
Truman Barlow and of Bill Shapely is in question,
and there are others in question. The Lord also
showed me two days ago that Dan Barlow has
turned so bitter he is turning his other brothers
against me, and if these men are not careful they
will become open enemies and innocent blood will
be upon them.
The Lord has shown me some of the conditions
our people will go through, that there will be men
still claiming to hold Priesthood that will rise up,
and even with the young girls there in town, will
force themselves upon them. And the prophecy of
the Prophet Joseph Smith, on page 161, will be
fulfilled right in Short Creek.

I say about me or Short Creek or the lands of
refuge,
... take no notice of it; for ifit be a place of
refuge, the devil will use his greatest efforts
to trap the Saints. You must make yourselves
acquainted with those men who like Daniel,
pray three times a day toward the House of
the Lord. Look to the Presidency and receive
instruction. Every man who is afraid,
covetous, will be taken in a snare. The time is
soon coming, when no man will have any
peace but in Zion and her stakes.
And this is what will be fulfilled there.
I saw men hunting the lives of their own
sons, and brother murdering brother, women
killing their own daughters, and daughters
seeking the lives of their mothers. I saw
armies arrayed against armies. I saw blood,
desolation, fires. The Son of man has said
that the mother shall be against the
daughters, and the daughter against the
mother. These things are at our doors. They
willfollow the Saints of God from city to city.
Satan will rage, and the spirit of the devil is
now enraged.
And brethren the Lord has told me that as the
righteous are being driven from Short Creek, He
will send me back there to stand and confront those
wicked people. He has told me that I must go and
perform many more marriages and some of them
are very young girls because He has shown me that
there will some men still claiming to be faithful
who, in a day of greater trial, will force themselves
upon these young girls and try to destroy them.
The Lord sees what is about to happen. And I
know many of these things may be marvelous to
contemplate, but consider well that when a people
are once and they reject the by
not reaching for the offered blessings, they will be
so darkened. Even now the apostates have the
spirit of murder upon them. The Lord showed me
that these men hired these assassins, and He has me
stop and wait and then move later when these
assassins are near.

taken from them, they become as much
darkened as they were previously
enlightened, and then, no marvel, if all their

and they, Judas like, seek the destruction of
those who were their greatest benefactors.
Dear brethren, I trust you believe and receive all
the Lord is having me tell you.

And I yearn that you will believe this now --
that the Lord has had me withhold from you
brethren, until now -- that we can be one in what
the Lord has shown me, in upholding what He has
had me do in handling these men who don't hold
Priesthood. I voice this to you. And this is what I
have not been able to tell the people because they
wouldn't receive it. When those group of Barlow
men ran ahead of the Prophet, my father, and took
the life support off of Uncle Parley, they killed
Uncle Parley and they are now atoning for what
they did. And it was in their hearts that Truman
Barlow be placed in a position of authority and he
raise up these other men to positions of authority.
This is what the Lord showed me. And these men
have also aspired to wives and also they have
opposed what my father taught them in Celestial
morals. I had two of Louis Barlow's sons testify to
me, since his passing, that clear up to the week of
his passing he was still voicing opposition to
father's training on Celestial morals. And this is
what these men have opposed and have influenced
among the people, as well as many other things.
The Lord wants us to stand as one with Him on this
judgment.
This event VOM reeorded. Father deelMed this
many times to me while he was here, and since his
passing the Lord has told me, "Those men must
atone for what they did to Uncle Parley in seeking
position and then going ahead of the Prophet."
Father gave a direct order, "Keep the life support
on Uncle Parley until I get there." And while he
was traveling to the airport, he got word that those
men stepped forth and took it off, performed an
ordinance of delivering him over into the hands of
God. Do you receive this brethren?
President Fredrick M Jessop: Yes, sure do.
President Wendell Nielsen: Yes, sir, we sure do.
Now perhaps your vision can expand.
President Fredrick M Jessop: Yes.
The Lord allowing these men to make some
atonement here, but at the same time a judgment
has come upon them. They cannot be trusted even
to exalt their own families. If I was to confront
them with this, it would just be a debate.
This is the word of the Lord and He wants us as
a quorum to stand as one with Him in what He is
doing. The Lord in the handling of Truman
Barlow. This was brought to my mind this
morning after the Lord showed me I was to
question Truman Barlow in holding Priesthood.

gathering effort.

Yes. The Lord is sending me back to that area.
I am not allowed in the community, and I will be
training three of your ladies, [Uncle Wendell] --
Sandra, Maria, and the Musser lady, Guy Musser's
daughter.
President Wendell Nielsen: Sarah?
Sarah Nielsen. That was the name I was given.
I am to go back and train in two more of your
ladies, [Uncle Fred]. You have a Rosette and a
Susan?
And the Lord has appointed that Sandra and
Maria will go to the Texas place when the First
Presidency's house is done and take care of your
house there and that Rose and Joy will go to the
Texas branch and take care of your house there.
But eventually Rosette and Susan will come here,
but the Lord first wants this mission fulfilled, and
that is the purpose of our meeting today and this
weekend. So they are not to come yet.
The First Presidency's house, the foundation
will be poured by July 1

house that will become a dwelling place for many
families. August 1 st is that large storehouse, due
date, and August 20 there will be a house for you
two brethren to go to that branch and stay. The
Lord would like you to have some family members
there to help in the labors there and for them to take
care of that house, if you would feel good about
that.
President Wendell Nielsen: Yes, sir!
The Lord wants us to unite here. By this
description to you brethren, we should all see this
whole nation now has been delivered over to the
judgments of God by ordinances, and only on the
lands of refuge will there be protection. And
because this Priesthood people are not prepared --
there is hardly one among us ready for the fulness
of Zion -- the Lord will now allow us to go through
such tests and experiences that will humble us to
yearn for Zion and to qualify. Even the invisible
evil powers will be allowed to come against us
stronger, to where we will plead unto the Lord for
deliverance, this whole Priesthood people. There
are attacks coming against us from directions we
don't even understand yet, even from the invisible
evil powers.
The Lord showed me that these men handled on

they were handled. And then the Lord told me,
"They do know why. They do know where they
have opposed my father and me. They are just
living a lie." If they are not careful they will
receive the revelations of satan and rise up and
deceive many.
So I am to perform this work today and then
tomorrow go. The Lord showed me that it is an
active effort to find us and seek my life and your
lives. We need a oneness here the Lord will honor
and preserve our lives, that this mission will be
fulfilled.

Yes, sir. And the Lord has named who --
Rosette and Susan -- but not yet. He wants us to
fulfill this work here.
President Wendell Nielsen: Is that the condition
with Janet?
Yes.
President Fredrick M Jessop: Bring her little
protegee, Susan? She is eight years old.
I haven't had any other names of children. Is
she Martha Ann's child?
President Fredrick M Jessop: Yes, but her
parents have turned her over.
I will ask the Lord His will. Janet's mission is
to stay and continue working with your older
children and still prepare further.
President Wendell Nielsen: Uncle Warren, if
we have some children that are over baptism age,
like eleven, twelve, thirteen, that we have thought
were very, very good children, what kind of a
position, how should we approach Heavenly
Father in our prayers in regards to them, so that
we are approaching Him correctly?
Just in His time and when His will is that they
should come forth, either here or to the other land
with your other family members.
President Wendell Nielsen: Okay.
The Lord is taking us through the experience of
having scattered families and it makes us yearn for
everyone everywhere, doesn't it.
President Wendell Nielsen: Yes, it does.
And if we will love His will most. So the Lord
has His eye on your families.

her work there, quite a lot of work.
Yes, but there will come a time when she will
need to break away.
President Fredrick M Jessop: We have
wondered about some of our good brethren there,
or have been, like Howard Meldrum and ...
Howard Meldrum, his Priesthood is in question,
whether he even holds Priesthood.
President Wendell Nielsen: We were
wondering about Dan and Joe Jessop, how they
are doing.
Many months ago the Lord had me be
concerned about Joseph S. Jessop, but thus far he is
staying with us, supporting the Bishop, the same
with Dan Jessop.
I am to go and train Kendall Johnson, but the
Lord has had me be careful with Orval Johnson.
But even with those who have been called forth to
this mission, there is hardly a one ready for the
fulness of Zion. So the Lord is taking us through
experience, working together, developing the
oneness and it is the same here on this land.

This is what has weighed upon me, dear
brethren.

You can see the time is upon us. It is Zion here
and now. We are not just yearning for Zion. We
must be Zion, and it must be a focused faith of
oneness, not a scattered faith where we each one
want what we wish would happen, but that we will
be prepared for what the Lord sees we are ready for
and He will make manifest the next gift, the next
training, the next ordinances; and carefully, our
loving Father guiding us, His children, into His
presence. That is how we must look upon this
mission.
With all your yearnings for those in Short
Creek, I experienced that with every one of you,
with every family member, yearning for all this
people.
My family went through another experience
where I had scattered mothers in different houses
with their little ones. Now those little ones are old
enough and weaned and those mothers went
through the experience of giving me their children,
and they had to stay. It is feelings beyond what
you can describe, and yet they passed the test and
they are yearning and preparing faster than ever.
Here I have about half the family still in Short
Creek and half of those know of the lands of refuge
because they have been sent back, and I know they
are going to go through these amazing
experiences.
The Lord had me go back to Short Creek. That
night I delivered His final warning to father's
family and my family. I read to them the
revelation of a year ago. A year ago June, the Lord
gave a direct revelation. He had me page on the
intercom, while I was in a heavenly session, and
voice His word to the family. They heard the word
as it was given and we recorded it, inviting them to
fully prepare. It was about a year ago, June 18
th

1. Verily, thus saith the Lord unto the
family of my servant Warren Jeffs: Hasten to
prepare, for my day of visitation is upon you.

your light-mindedness and your frivolous
ways, and live unto me, thy God and Savior,
and honor the Priesthood among you.
2. Draw close to me, and I will draw close
to you, and you shall know me and be
protected in the day of judgment. Abide in my
love. I will abide in you, and you in me
through my servant; and I will be with you
through the day of trial.
3. Oh, what will you say in that day of
visitation if you have not prepared yourself?
Unto whom will you turn?
You heard me say in my trainings to them,
"Why are you not with me yet? It is because you
choose to not be with me, because you won't fully
prepare."
4. Draw close to my servant and dwell in
my holy love, for your time is short. And I
have offered you a place in my Kingdom in
Zion, even to dwell with me and my servants.
Live and abide in my holy laws, through
prayer and rejoicing, and you shall know me.
5. Can you hear my word and treat it
lightly? Or will you humble yourselves and
be chosen vessels unto God?
6. And be ye one. I will be with you if you
hearken unto my words, even so amen.
And then came the revelations on worthiness
and the places of refuge. And look at it, brethren, a
year ago March was the missionary work. By June
the Lord revealed that we would be scattered. By
July these places of refuge were being found. And
then the correction came on the idolatry among us.
Our meetings were stopped the first part of August
and ever since August, this work has been
hastening. You brethren came here the end of
December. Now you have been here six months.
December 1 st is when we went to R17 to first settle
people there. So in six and a half months all this
development has taken place, people gathered,
trained in the New Zion's Camp. This work is
going apace. And you can see the Lord means
business now and we cannot look back.
I will appoint that meeting to be 2:30 p.m to
give us an hour time.
President Wendell Nielsen: Uncle Warren,
when you are in those heavenly sessions that last
for a day or two, can you tell us a little of what

I refer to it only to help you understand why I
am not among you and to testify to you that the
Lord and the Prophets are completely involved in
what we are doing, naming people's names to me
that I don't even know, revealing the secrets.

2:30 p.m. will be a better time. I will take these
copies for now until we get them better prepared. I
wanted you to read through that with me.
President Wendell Nielsen: Yes, thank you.
It would be best if your folks don't know right
when I am going to come, for their training and
such.
President Wendell Nielsen: Oh, I will not say a
thing to them, Uncle Warren. After they have had
it and I call them, can they tell me they have been
trained?
Yes. And to let you know, your son David
Nielsen will be receiving another wife.
President Wendell Nielsen: Oh will he really?
That's wonderful.
There are a lot of marriages to do.
President Wendell Nielsen: Uncle Warren, do
you think it could be, with some of my boys, that I
obviously been thinking about, that they are not
called right now because they are maybe needed to
help.
That is a reason, but at the same time, your boys
were relying on your faith so greatly they weren't
developing their own and this is all individual.
President Wendell Nielsen: And so that is what
they are doing now, is developing their ownfaith?
Their letters to me show me they are sure
anXIOUS.
President Wendell Nielsen: Yes, they are and
they are some pretty good boys, Leroy and Ezra.
Yes, they are. This is what has taken place in
good men's families. Their families have relied so
much on the faith of those over them.
President Wendell Nielsen: Well, I am glad to
hear that.

will you be mouth and dedicate us to the Lord and
Him to favor us this afternoon and in our fasting

President Wendell Nielsen: Yes, sir.
Prayer
President Wendell Nielsen: 0 God the Eternal
Father, we the quorum of the First Presidency of
thy Church here upon the earth, the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, meet before you
in circle prayer, after a most wonderful session
with our holy Prophet. Heavenly Father will you
accept of our thanks and gratitude and
appreciation for how you have honored us to be
associated with our Prophet, Brother Warren. We
thank you, Heavenly Father, with all of our hearts
that you have sent him to the earth at this time. We
know that he is all-important to your work here
upon the earth, the establishment of the
redemption of Zion, the taking care of blessings
and training your people, your saints. And dear
Father, you have laid great responsibilities,
placed them upon our holy Prophet. We ask you to
strengthen him, to bless him with life, health, and
strength, and with power to go through the
experiences and training to perform your will and
purposes here upon this earth. We askyou to bless
Uncle Fred and myself that we will prepare
ourselves sufficiently before you that you can use
us to assist your holy Prophet to accomplish your
purposes.
Heavenly Father we love you so dearly. As we
are being taught from our Prophet more on who
you are and how we can become like you, our
hearts do yearn to come to knowledge of you, a
knowledge of the all-consumingfire and therefore
qualify to be conducted by our holy Prophet into
your presence. We witness before you that we are
living for these things.
Heavenly Father, thank you for sending our
Prophet to us to teach and train us. And now this
afternoon, as we meet before you, under the
direction of our holy Prophet and with him, will
you grant unto us, Heavenly Father, favor from the
heavens that we may be taught and instructed that
which we need to go forward in our preparation.
Will you fill us with your Spirit. May it be here in
our meeting this afternoon in qbundance.
Heavenly Father, we will go forward in this fast
for three days and three nights in joy and rejoicing
before you, anticipating and asking you and
pleading with you that when we meet again you
will allow us greater and more favored teachings
and trainings. And will you grant unto us,
Heavenly Father, to come more to a knowledge of
God in our lives.
Oh, dear Father, be with our holy Prophet, be
with Uncle Fred, with this First Presidency. In the
authority of the holy Melchizedek Priesthood we
dedicate this First Presidency unto thee, and ask
you, Heavenly Father, that our lives may be used
up in your purposes and in your will here upon the
earth.
Will you continue to preserve Brother Warren
as he goes forth among the wicked and ungodly
gentile people. Continue to preserve him from
every enemy, both of this world and of the unseen
world. Protect him from the assassins. Continue to
reveal to him the things that he needs to know to
take care of your people here upon this earth. We
love our holy Prophet dearly. Help us to always be
obedient to you through him. Be with us, 0 our
Father. Strengthen Uncle Fred with the strength
and health he needs to fulfill his mission and
calling. Will you bless all on this place of refuge to
give a listening ear to the training of our holy
Prophet that we may grow and increase as one
before you, seeking your will in our lives.
Thank you, dear Father, for all of your
blessings upon us. Be with all of your people, all
the faithful Priesthood people everywhere. We
pronounce this blessing with joy and rejoicing,
asking you to hear of it in the heavens, in the name
of Jesus Christ, amen.

Brethren, one reason for the three day fast -- the
whole Zion's Camp everywhere will be called to
fast and pray -- is because the Lord wants us to
travel back to R17 to dedicate the meeting house.
He hasn't said exactly when, but the three day fast
is asking the Lord to protect and preserve the First
Presidency. And then the Lord wants the three of
us to go back there by August 10 to lay the first
stones for the temple. They will prepare the rock
and the foundation. And then we will lay the first

So before they start erecting the building we must
go there again.
President Wendell Nielsen: Wonderful! The
bugs at R17?
I haven't had a report, except they are just
picking them off the plants constantly.
President Wendell Nielsen: Are they? We sure
have been praying.
There are so many species of critters there, it is
amazing. We need the curse taken off that land.
Do you see, brethren, in this mission the Lord sent
me on is concerning everything leading up now to
the judgments of God being poured forth. This
mission must succeed now.
I am going to appoint it for 3:00 o'clock p.m. so
I can find out what is happening with our neighbor,
give us a good hour.

Presiding and Conducting
It is truly a great privilege to meet with you,
brothers and sisters, the First Presidency and their
family members here on this land that we call Rl, a
land the Lord has appointed for the accomplishing
of a sacred purpose and mission. We are on the
Lord's errand. I voice again how He sends His
word: According to our faith, so shall it be this day.
We will begin by singing page 196, a song of
gratitude and dedication.
"We Thank Thee, 0 God, for a Prophet"
3. When dark clouds hang o'er us,
And threaten our peace to destroy,
There is hope smiling brightly before us,
And we know that deliverance is nigh.
We doubt not the Lord nor his goodness.
We've proved him in days that are past.
The wicked who fight against Zion
Will surely be smitten at last. ***
4 .... Thus on to eternal perfection
The honest and faithful will go,
Every song should be sung unto the Lord as a
prayer, not just a memorized action. Let us feel the
increase of the sweet Spirit as we sing today.

President Fred M. Jessop: Dear Brother
Warren, our holy Prophet, and brothers and
sisters, I think I was born with a testimony of the
truth. I love this work. I accept Brother Warren as
our Heavenly Father's holy Prophet on whom
Father has laid much responsibility. The truths of
the Gospel have sounded music to my ears. I
enjoyed hearing the stories when I was a child,
learning to pray. Sorry to say as I grew older and
got mixed up with other people not of the family, I
fell into errors and did what I shouldn't have done.
So I confess my sins and weaknesses. When I came
to my senses after hearing about the true
Priesthood not contained in the Church, I settled
down and sought diligently the Spirit of
repentance. I learned more, saw more, understood
more, loved the truth more,jigured out how I could
repent and overcome my weaknesses and sins. I
knew and became acquainted with the brethren of
the Priesthood that had been cast out of the
Church that I had testimony that they were men of
integrity. The Gospel they preached sank into my
heart. Suffice it to say, I struggled and prayed and
was drawn into service by the Prophets of God. I
listened with interest to what they said and it
became part of me.
I have loved the truth. I have loved the
Priesthood. I have loved my father, my
grandparents, my faithful brothers and sweet
sisters, my dear mother, my dear father. It has
been pleasure to me to go and assist the first work
assignment that was under Uncle John. I found
him a sweet individual. The things he confided to
me was music to me. It was the glories of the
Gospel. I would recommend that we take
ourselves into training, receive what the Prophet
trains us, what the Prophets have trained us, what
the books have said, and I recommend we love it,
we cherish the truths of the Prophet
Joseph's??23:41????, of the Savior's sweet and
simple teachings, and all the other Prophets under
whom I have served willingly - I can't say how
efficiently, but I loved it. I recommend that we love
the word of God, that we study it, we take it upon
ourselves into our lives. And now after all this
time, your time and my time, apply it diligently and
fervently to love the truth and practice the truth. I
pray that I have found much help in Brother
Warren, in Uncle Rulon, in Uncle Roy, Uncle
John, Uncle Lorin, Brother Wendell, myfatherand
brothers, my mother, those that have yearned after
me.
I am glad to be in the harness. I don't recognize
that I pull very much weight, but I can be in favor.
I can pray. I can importune the Lord to bless my
associates, the people on this place of refuge, on
the other places, in Canada, in Short Creek, those
that actually believe in the Priesthood. I pray the
Lord to bless them, to touch their hearts. I know as
I live and breathe that the time is short and we must
be diligent in our preparation, correcting our
conduct and our thoughts, our desires.
I pray the Lord to continue to send our dear
Prophet, Brother Warren, frequently to teach and
correct us. We want to prevail. We want to
succeed. We ascribe all praise, thanks for all the
blessings to our grand, Eternal Heavenly Father.
We want to know Him, hear Him, see Him, feel
Him, obey Him. I pray the Lord will help us do it in
President Wendell Nielsen: Dear brothers and
sisters, for a few moments, I ask the Lord to guide
my words. I don't really want to speak very long
because I know that our Prophet has a message for
us. I would just like to say this: We here on this
place of refuge have been together several months.
We have joined in our conferences, our classes,
about every day. We have come to be very good
friends through Uncle Warren and in Heavenly
Father. We are going over many wonderful
subjects. We need to live here on this place of
refuge in a oneness, as one person.
Do you remember last week, in our class we
decided that {ip.? J Uncle Warren could come back
and teach us, that we would all sit'up in our chairs,
we would all stay awake, he would see a smile on
our faces, and we would be ready to listen.
Remember when we did that?
Response: Yes.
Let us show Uncle Warren today and show
Heavenly Father that according to our faith so
shall it be. As we sit here, according to our
yearning to Heavenly Father that we can be taught
the next steps, so shall it be. If Heavenly Father
sees us here and yearning to want to know, that is
how we receive. If we really don't care if there is
meeting today or not, or we don 't care ij we are
taught or not, and we are tired, how could we
expect Heavenly Father to bless us? We must
realize this, that to come into the presence of God,
we can't do that by ourself. We have to be shown
and taught how. And Heavenly Father today, ifwe
will show by our faith, our yearning, will tell us the
next step we need to take. All of us need to take that
step together. We have talked about this. Uncle
Warren has told us, remember, a million people
and one person doesn't want to, a million are
deprived. So dear brothers and sisters, truly our
success depends on the success of each one of us,
and I think our lives hinges on each other's success
here.
We are here. The Lord, I am sure, has singled
us out to be here perhaps a long, long time ago to
be here on this place of refuge with Uncle Warren
to be taught of Heavenly Father, through Uncle
Warren, how we can come into His presence. Let
us not forget that Uncle Warren has told us that
God and all the holy angels and the Prophets have
their eye on this place of refuge at this moment,
and the things that we need to accomplish, this
great offered blessing, it appears to me, needs to
be accomplished first. We don't want the other
places of refuge to build up and be strengthened
and have to wait for us to accomplish our
purposes.
So let us all take heed today. Another step from
the Lord will be given to us. Ask the Lord to help us
understand what that step is and how we can take
that step. And let us, all of us together, take a step.
If we don't understand the step, how do we take the
step? But I rather think it will be so clear and so
simple and plain, that as we receive it, let us
consider, as we hear it today, let us consider in our
individual lives, it is done, that when a step is given
to us to take that brings us closer to our Heavenly
Father, how could we do anything but rejoice?
So let us sit here rejoicing, yearning to
Heavenly Father that He will give us the next step
that He wants us to take through our holy Prophet.
May He bless us here with an abundance of His
Holy Spirit. If another step is needed, I am ready
to take it. Aren't you?

Summary of the Lesson: We Are not
Succeeding Because of Our Scattered
Faith; Fine-Tuned Training on the
Exertion of Oneness; How to Stay
Focused on God and Priesthood
Dear brothers and sisters, this is truly a
heaven-blessed people, though few in number, and
oh, how I have been yearning for us to be
acceptable unto God. With that yearning guided by
only desiring His will, I say to you I am here to do
the will of my father, and thus Heavenly Father and
go Their pace. I seek Heavenly Father's Spirit to
give me words that His Spirit will accompany and
carry into our minds and hearts, for we are on the
Lord's mission, and every one of you is called of
God.
Truly our love for Heavenly Father expands as
He favors us to see as He sees, and you must reach
to feel and think as He feels and thinks. So it will
be by the gift of revelation flowing through
Priesthood to you through your reaching for the
increase. An open mind and heart is that which is
reaching, already believing. The pride we must
beware of is to think we have done okay and that
we can stop reaching. So I ask us, have we fulfilled
this mission yet in fulness? Have we come to the
ordinances of the temple? Have we individually
felt that preparation we must have, the knowledge
of the all-consuming fire from heaven? And have
we come into the presence of God?
The Lord has shown me that this group of
people has great faith. I was at another land of
refuge, and the day before I came here the Lord
told me I would be going back toward Short Creek
to perform more trainings and ordinances near that
place. But by the morning I was to leave, the Lord
told me and even allowed me to feel that there was
great faith at this land of refuge. The Lord sent me
here and it is your faith that had influence with the
Lord that brought me here. The Lord had a
purpose in me coming here first.
So often we don't see the offered blessings and
what great weight our personal faithfulness would
have in the Lord blessing others. In the days ofthe
Savior, when He delivered the Celestial Law to the
people of Israel in Old Jerusalem, He declared to
the Jews back then that "Upon you may come all
the blood of all the martyred Prophets and saints
from righteous Abel to Zacharias," father of John
the Baptist whom the soldiers slew in the temple.
And why? It was because if they proved faithful,
talking of the Jews in Jesus' day, they could have
become instruments through which blessings
would have been given to all the present-day saints
in their time and the ancient saints, or peoples in
the spirit world who could have had their work
done by proxy in the temples. And the Savior left a
curse of judgment upon the Jews that was actually
fulfilled around thirty-five years after He was
crucified. But before the Jews were all driven and
killed, the Prophets left them without excuse,
taught them, and as a nation the Jews rejected the
Gospel of Jesus Christ. Then they were told, the
Prophets were told, to tum to the gentiles. The
Gospel continued with the gentiles in the days of
Peter until the days of John Woolley, when the key
was turned again in favor of Israel, after the
Mormon Church had rejected the Celestial Law by
receiving the Manifesto. And though at times the
work of God has been just a very few people on the
earth, the Lord has continued His work, and He is a
God of truth and His purposes and promises shall
be fulfilled.
Each one of you has been named by the Lord
personally, through revelation to Priesthood, that
you should come here. Even the little children
have been named. And we must awaken and see
that through individual preparation being
completed, a oneness must grow here that the Lord
will honor. These words of Heber C. Kimball
came to mind as he described how the people
connected with the First Presidency affect how far
the First Presidency can go, as long as the people
stay connected.

As we are members of one body, except we

you rise. If you will cleanse the platter, and
throw out the dead men's bones that corrupt
it, and all wicked things, you will rise; you

So I voice this to us, that as long as you are
personally here, you are affecting whether or not

knowledge, because we must rise as one, and there
can't be some with a weak faith or no faith and
others carrying the rest. I say to you again, I stand
here before you because the Lord heard your
prayers, and He taught me that He is in charge and
He is a God at hand. And seeing He has answered
your prayers, be ye believing that according to our
faith, so shall it be, even toward greater blessings.
I review with this group of people the word of
the Lord given to the First Presidency and our
families living on this land of refuge that we call
RI. This was just a few days after Uncle Fred
arrived to this land and a few days before Uncle
Wendell arrived.

7. Continue to prepare thyself, for I ofJer
the blessing unto you, my servant Warren
Jeffs, and also my servant Wendell Nielsen,
and my servant Fredrick Meade Jessop the
gift ofmine own presence among you, and in
the presence of my servant shall this gift be
bestowed in mine own time.
8. And, you, my servants, must needs
more fully humble yourselves and prepare
your hearts for the witness and power of the
presence of God, and for the ordinances of
the house of God to be revealed through my
servant that will qualify youfor your eternal
crown.
9. And you are to call upon me in faith
and in oneness to draw from the heavens the
gifts and blessings that I shall send through
the One Mighty and Strong,
That is Joseph Smith.
9 .... and as a quorum of Priesthood in my
church in these last days.
10. Seek of me the gifts I desire in my
heart to bestow upon you and upon my
people.
11. And let this quorum of my church and
Priesthood continue in fasting and prayer,
and as I shall appoint through my servant,
that you may be a strength in the cause of
Zion.
12. And through my almighty power in
gifts and blessings that must flow without
obstruction from the heavens through your
ra er 0 aith and diU ence and re 'oicin in
me, and upon the heads of the faithful of my
people, shall Zion be redeemed in itsfulness.
The Lord wants to use a quorum of Priesthood
that is one, and He hasn't sent us here alone. He
has sent you, our family members, to join in the
strength and power of oneness with the heavens,
and your degree of preparation affects whether or
not we are one. This is the first message you must
be awakened to, that no one will be carried in their
faith to the fulness of Zion. Every person must
reach for the increased gift of faith, and you reach
for it by asking for an increase of the Spirit of God
as the power through which you think and feel and
desire and do and speak.
13. I have gathered you, the First
Presidency of my church, to this place of
refuge for a wise purpose in me, and that you
may unite as one through constant prayer
and rejoicing; that through your faith, the
powers and gifts and revelations of my will to
redeem Zion, to gather Israel, to perform the
holy ordinances of the endowments, to bring
forth the design of the temple, and all that
shall be in that temple, that these revelation
of my will may come forth.
14. And verily I say unto you, again, be ye
one that I may own you, and you be honored
as instruments in my hands to build Zion.
On December 30, after the quorum of the First
Presidency arrived here, the Lord revealed the
mission He was giving us and our families.
Tuesday, December 30, 2003
1. Thus saith the Lord unto you, my
servant Warren Jeffs, and also my servant
Wendell Nielsen, and also unto my servant
Fredrick Meade Jessop: I, the Lord thy God,
have assembled you upon this place of
refuge, with those of your family members
who have been chosen, for a wise purpose in
me.
2. And I call upon you, the First
Presidency of my church, to set yourselves
and your houses in order, those who dwell
with you upon this place of refuge, in
preparation for a work to be accomplished
on this sacred land, even the establishment of
Zion in its fullness among you, whom I have
chosen; andfrom this place to establish Zion
in its fulness in other places of refuge.
I know we heard thIS, but don't always absorb
the understanding at first. On January 17, the Lord
explained what it means, this fulness of the
redemption of Zion.

12. Verily, again I say unto you, the
redemption of Zion must needs come by
power; for the fulness of the redemption of
Zion is the presence of God among His
people upon the earth;
So the Lord has given this quorum of the First
Presidency the mission to earn the knowledge and
blessings and ordinances that will empower us to
come into the personal presence of God in His
glory, and you are here with us, and we can only
rise if all of you rise. And when you are slow and
light-minded and don't come to oneness required,
you are not just affecting you. You are affecting
the entire work of God. And the Lord wants us to
go forward from here to the other lands of refuge to
perform a similar work.
The Lord said it again. Why the daily trainings?

6. And gather your families together
daily, and also gather as a community of
saints upon this land often as I shall appoint;
and instruct and train and teach after the
order of the Celestial Kingdom; and be ye
one both as a quorum of Priesthood and
within your families, that I may dwell among
you,
That is what we are going through all of this for
- nothing less than earning the presence and
knowledge of God.
6. ...and the powers of heaven rest down
upon you to accomplish my purposes upon
the earth beginning at this place.
During the last three weeks, the Lord has had
me perform a work to hasten His work upon the
earth. And the Lord is holding to His time
schedule. He is a loving, kind Father, so patient
with us; and yet even kind parents know that if
gentleness and kindness does not reach their
children, they must reprove betimes with
sharpness through the power of the Holy Ghost,
the love of God, to awaken their children.
this land. It is marvelous how the Lord has
preserved us here. The Lord has shown me some
of the very people that are trying to kill me, and
also Uncle Wendell and Uncle Fred. Our lives are
being sought. The Lord has had me do things to go
into hiding as I travel, but He is preserving us thus
far. These wicked people seeking our lives are also
working hard to destroy the Priesthood work
wherever we are located, and the Lord is going to
allow the evil powers to come upon the Priesthood
people and humble all of us.
We think we live in a civilized, organized
nation with laws, armies, police officers to keep
order. We have lived lives of ease and peace,
haven't been threatened with war and destruction.
But we are about to see experiences, and feel them,
that will even bring the death of many ofthe saints
through persecution and driving and suffering. I
just yearn we will awake and see that where we are
slow, we are affecting whether or not others will be
blessed, and the Lord will only wait for us so long
before He must act and make a change.
The Lord has had me travel much ofthis nation
and then go among His Priesthood people
everywhere and discern their minds and hearts. He
has revealed that at this moment there is hardly one
person among all the Priesthood people, even on
the lands of refuge, that are prepared for the fulness
of Zion. He has taken my family through a test
elsewhere and also here, even a test as recent as
last night, and revealed to me that we still have not
come to that oneness required to earn the
knowledge and presence of God. This is what you
must become acquainted with to know your
Heavenly Father. The Lord told me these words:

21. For my people can only know me, the
Lord their God, through the burning of my
Spirit in their minds and hearts.
22. And they must be able to stand in the
presence of my glory to dwell in Zion. ***
25. I am now cutting short my work in
righteousness, and will choose from among
my people those prepared for the fulness of
the redemption of Zion, and who qualifY for
mine own presence among them; 26.

The Lord gave me this promise:
27. Verily I say unto you, my servant, * * *
Hold on thy way, and the powers of heaven
shall attend you in doing my will.
28. And the yearnings of thine heart for
the fulness of Zion to be established shall be
answered upon your head, and in behalf of a
prepared people.
29. My peace be upon you my servant. I
love you and am guiding you still, and will be
with you from on high as you perform this
mission.
June 15, 2004. But even as of last night, the
Lord searched among this group of people and
found us wanting. And in that experience He
revealed to me where we are still lacking and
where we can do better. It is true there is a oneness
of yearning. We all yearn for Zion. We all pray.
We all desire the blessings to be given. But we are
learning in this mission of becoming Zion that the
Lord requires of us such a complete dedication
unto Him that even our thoughts and our desires
and thus our feelings are in oneness with Him and
His Spirit.
I tell you the story again when the Lord offered
to Joseph Smith in February 1839 to escape from
Liberty Jail, that the Lord required the prisoners,
the brethren there, to be one. And the Lord
promised that the next day they could escape if
they were one, and they could go to the Lord and
ask for a personal witness and He would give it to
them. Hyrum Smith went in prayer to the Lord,
others did, and they all bore testimony that the
Spirit of God witnessed to them what Joseph Smith
said was true. But there was just one man, Lyman
White, who doubted and feared and wouldn't even
ask. He wanted some evidence - he was a sign
seeker - before he would fully exert the faith and
obey. And they received their sign. That next day
there was only one guard who left the prison door
open, nobody really around. But because they
were not one, they didn't step forth. Then when
this man saw that the Lord could arrange the
circumstances for their escape, they all agreed to
be one the next day. But this time several guards
came with visitors from the Priesthood brethren.
But because they agreed to be one and go forward,
they trIed to escape, but the Lord didn't prosper
them because they didn't do the work when He
directed. It just took one unbeliever among them
to hold back the blessing. Joseph continued to
suffer for another two months in prison when they
could have escaped.
"Ifye are not one, ye are not mine." And where
the Lord has shown me that we are not one, it is in
our prayers. We have a scattered faith still among
us here, where one person is yearning for this
blessing and another for that blessing. Sometimes
our yearnings are our personal efforts to dictate
God, where we decide what He should bless us
with. And even in the offered manifestations of
heaven we are naming to Heavenly Father, some of
us, what we want to see or witness, what we think
should be given to us at this time.
We must repent of this scattered faith. We are
all praying, yearning for Zion. But in some ways,
if we are not careful, we dictate God what we think
He should give us now. So even in the asking for
blessings, you must be so perfect in the Spirit of,
"Thy will be done," that you reach to be led in what
to pray for. And that is what I am here today to
train us in, with the Lord still offering us the
blessings if we will come to this oneness.
The Lord told the Prophet Joseph to tell Oliver
Cowdery that you feel the Spirit of revelation in
your mind and in your heart, enlightenment of your
mind, the heavenly thoughts and the burning in
your heart. That is where you feel the Spirit of God
witness to you. And as you learn that greater
degree of the Holy Spirit called the all-consuming
fire from heaven, you will learn that it fills your
whole being, spirit and body, as a tingling and a
power. It is beyond what you have ever felt to
come into the presence of God.
We have all felt the burning peace in different
degrees, but I witness to you that in your mission
here you are earning the moment by moment
increase of the Holy Spirit to purify you so that you
can have that greater experience and knowledge
given you of the all-consuming fire from heaven
by which you will know God is present and the
angels are near. In this training on the Spirit of
revelation, which is the true Spirit of submission
unto God, this is what the Lord said:

do nothing; therefore ask in faith. Trifle not
with these things; do not ask for that which
you ought not.
So how do you know what you shouldn't ask
for? And then again, how do you know what to ask
for? I give you a simple key: Ask the Lord to bless
us with what He sees we are ready for. And then
you must include the desire to be blessed that the
Priesthood over you will be strengthened and
blessed. This is the eye single. The Lord told the
new Zion's Camp we need to pray more for one
another to exert the power of oneness. That is
wonderful. But so often when we are praying for
all these blessings for all these people, we lose the
focus. You must center your prayers in asking the
Lord to bless the Priesthood over you, even more
than yourself; because when the Priesthood over
you is blessed, all who are part of him are blessed.
I have asked you for your prayers unto God, and
that is the focus of all the new Zion's Camp and the
army of Zion today - that the Lord will bless
everyone through blessing the Keyholder to
receive revelations, gifts, and knowledge in behalf
of everyone.
So are you praying fervently for yourself to be
blessed and you are naming the manifestations you
yearn for? Be careful. Are you ready for it? If the
Lord was to answer our prayers and give us things
we weren't prepared for, those blessings could
destroy us, because we wouldn't treat them right,
and we would earn the curse of God instead of the
blessings of God. So there is great faith being
exerted, except now it is scattered. Some are
praying fervently for this family member, that
other brother, this other blessing. Some of us, we
pray for the water to come forth. Others just forget
about it for weeks. It is a scattered faith that is
here.
We do have an example of success in
individuals and in holy writ. The twelve disciples,
the twelve apostles among the Nephites, obeyed
the Savior, taught the people what He had taught
them. Then they were kneeling and praying, and as
they kneeled down and prayed, this took place:
3 Nephi 19
24. And it came to pass that when Jesus
had thus prayed unto the Father, he came
unto his disciples, and behold, they did still
continue, without ceasing, to pray unto him;
and they did not multiply many words, for it
was given unto them what they should pray,
and they were filled with desire.
With the Lord's desires for them. And thus the
Holy Spirit flowed into them until even their
clothes turned so white, beyond earthly whiteness,
the Holy Spirit doing it. Do not ask amiss. So you
must learn the heavenly sensitivity called
revelation even in what you ask for. And the Holy
Spirit in one person won't prompt them to pray for
the opposite of what the Holy Spirit will dictate in
another person. If one person prays for rain and
the other person says, "Please don't rain today,"
because you just want to walk outside, the
opposition prayers show the lack of oneness.
We are all yearning for our family members to
be gathered here or other lands of refuge. We have
learned the discipline of saying, "Father, thy will
be done," in each prayer. But be careful. Ask the
Lord to answer the Prophet's prayers and ask the

Lord to guide your prayers to be in oneness with
the Prophet and the Priesthood over you. This
oneness of faith involves our very thinking and
feeling. That is where our scattered faith exists
among us. There is faith among us, but it is not
focused on the head or on the will of God.
You are affecting whether or not others are
being blessed. You are affecting whether or not
others will gather here. And every one of you must
come to this exertion of the gift of oneness. You
have been given the most detailed, strong training
of how to become one. The Lord showed me
among my family here while I have been gone,
there have been times of silliness and
light-mindedness. I named it and it is in the record,
the days the Lord told me this. And even last night,
as the Lord favored us to experience some things,
even my family members who are acquainted with
greater experiences in a heavenly nature, the Lord
showed even they have a scattered faith.
When the Lord speaks, I move. That is oneness.
Learning the will of God and doing it, that is
oneness, and that is the love of the Father always
exercised. But who knows the will of God? We
must beware of pride. Inspired people, blessed of
heaven, who know they have been led by the Spirit
of God must beware of pride. You must exert a
greater and greater humility the closer you
approach your Heayenly Father And you must
have the heavenly sensitivity, move as by a hair in
oneness with the Priesthood and with the will of
God, that you will not even have a thought or
desire opposite to the will of those over you. The
Lord has guided me, chastened me, led me along
willingly because I desire to, and He has shown me
that I must go His pace.
Now I reveal to you some things that are about
to happen and why we need to hasten and live in a
constant fervent exertion of the love of God,
reaching to be led with a prayer of rejoicing. The
Lord has had me perform ordinances, and He has
now turned the key against Short Creek, and He
has pronounced judgments of God upon that place.
He has declared that because the people on the
lands of refuge are not fully prepared, He will give
them greater humbling experiences. For the saints
who are not gathered, it will be life and death. The
halfhearted will fall away and the apostates, both
those who are apostate now and those to come, will
come against the faithful. Apostates have murder
in their hearts. For the very sake of our loved ones,
we need to succeed. Are you waiting for the report
of those harsh experiences before you will be
touched in your heart and finally get close t your
Heavenly Father? It will soon be so, for the key is
turned against the halfhearted and the ungodly
among the Priesthood people.
The Lord has shown me that more of our family
members will come to this land, but first this
mission must be fulfilled, that when they come,
they will have the testimony of the knowledge of
God, where each one of you could be called upon
to bear witness that you know God lives and you
know of the heavenly gifts, which will prompt
them to reach for the same gifts. How could we
spend another moment in our own selfish will?
How could we carry on in selfish prayers, wanting
what we think should happen? And even in our
saying, "Thy will be done," when you voice a
prayer of your will and just end with "Thy will be
done," how empty it feels.
So how do you know an inspired prayer? The
thoughts and feelings will be given you what to
pray for, and the burning peace is the witness. So
your repentance of changing over from your
selfishness so that you do the will of God even
reaches your desires and thoughts and feelings,
and that is what is holding back this mission. our
lack of oneness with God in our thoughts and
desires and feelings. Weare still scattered -
praying, yes, with a scattered faith afflicting us.
The Lord showed me that what is lacking in this
new Zion's Camp is the gift of oneness always
exercised. The word "always" is the key. You
can't just do this in spurts. Dear brothers and
sisters, it is time to be Zion, which means it is time
to be perfectly one with God through Priesthood
through the living power of God burning in you,
always exerted, the prayer of rejoicing, not just
reaching to be led. You must now be led. It must
be more than desire. It is here and now in a prayer
of rejoicing. Even your prayers must be led. You
will feel so joyful as that continual flow of
heavenly joy bums in you.
I say again, the Lord showed me there is great
faith here. My presence here among you is
because of your prayers and the Lord answering
your prayers. So be ye believing. He is interested
in you. For you younger ladies, you have
depended on your parents to do the praying for
you, and perhaps you have learned some
memorized prayers. You must now grow up.
Prayer is a skill we must learn by experience,
and it is a skill of the Spirit that we can learn
quickly. The Holy Spirit is sent to those who are
humble and contrite, and that is the first step of
your prayer. You express belief, desire, and then
exert action for faith to be faith in God. When you
say, "Father in heaven," you have just expressed
belief. Then you must set in order your desires to
be in oneness with His desires, and you do this
through the exertion of humility. Humility is
gratitude. Humility is also acknowledging your
weakness. And humility is a reaching for greater
strength to be led.
So as you express your belief, then exercise the
humility to reach to be led: "Father in heaven, I
know you have all power and I am weak. I rejoice
in your love and kindness. I am grateful for all your
blessings. Forgive me my fallen nature. And
guide me with your Spirit, even in this prayer, that
I will be in oneness with you and the Priesthood
over me, yearning that you will bless those over
me, that all of us may be blessed." That is how you
say, "Thy will be done." You express a rejoicing
through gratitude. You acknowledge your
weakness and your need for His strength, and you
reach to be led. Then by the time you have properly
humbled yourself - very simply, not with long
exertions of words - but by the time you properly
humble yourself, your heart should be filled with
the burning peace and your mind have thoughts of
the right desires to pray for .
You have been taught that law of the Celestial
Kingdom is the love for Heavenly Father
perfected, every minute. In heaven every person is
filled with the mind of the Father and the Son, the
Holy Spirit, and that is how we become one. The
mind of the Father and the Son, the Holy Spirit, is
revelation. Every body in heaven thinks alike,
desires only the will of the Father; and in seeking
blessings, it is only to honor and glorify God.
Oneness is a personal preparation exerted to
become like God. Every gift you seek for is only
so that you can become like Him.
So I ask all of us, and I am part of all of us: Do
we, each person here, have every thought inspired
of heaven? Is every word we speak inspired of
heaven, or even the desires we yearn for inspired of
heaven? Have you come to this oneness of the
Celestial Kingdom, through which Zion will be
redeemed, earning the presence of God. I believe
all of us can say we still have some work to do, but
it needs to be done here and now, and not wait.
How is the Father and the Son one?

fullness of the glory of the Father, possessing
the same mind with the Father, which mind is
the Holy Spirit, ***
It is time for us to reach to always think with the
mind and will of God through prayer and
revelation, and our thoughts need to reach our
hearts where the desire exists. And our minds
being led, reaching for His will, we then desire His
will be done, and we will feel a heavenly joy in our
hearts and minds as a witness that we are one in
desire and feeling and thought with the will of God

with the Father. He never wanted to think or feel
different from the Father, and He was able to say,
"I have only spoken what the Father has told me to
speak. I only have desire that the Father wanted
me to desire. I have only given to the people what
the Father wanted given to the people." Now what
about us, the saints of God?
2. ... which Spirit is shed forth upon all
who believe on His name and keep His
commandments; and all those who keep His
commandments shall grow up from grace to
grace, and become heirs of the heavenly
kingdom, and joint heirs with Jesus Christ;
possessing the same mind, being transformed
into the same image or likeness, even the
express image of Him who fills all in all;
beingfilled with the fullness of His glory, and
become one in Him, even as the Father, Son
and Holy Spirit are one. ***
3. . .. As the Son partakes of the fullness of
the Father through the Spirit, so the saints
are, by the same Spirit, to be partakers of the
same fullness, to erifoy the same glory; for as
the Father and the Son are one, so, in like
manner, the saints are to be one in them.
We have to do it the very same way our Savior
did it to His Father. And how?
3. . .. Through the love of the Father, the
mediation of Jesus Christ, and the gift of the
Holy Spirit, they are to be heirs of God, and
joint heirs with Jesus Christ.
Our words show that we say, "Thy will be
done." Our dress shows that we want to be
submissive. We are seeking to get close to the
Priesthood over us. But where we are holding on
to our private traits of selfishness is we are still not
led of the Holy Spirit in every thought and desire
and feeling. And why? Why are we not led? It is
because we choose to not be led. Heavenly Father
wants to lead us, but His Spirit is so perfect that
Holy Spirit will not force us to do right. So it still
comes down to this constant fervency of the prayer
ofrejoicing, reaching to be led until we are led and
being led to be one, and thereby will you change
into His likeness, and you will feel the reality of
being Zion, the Holy Spirit burning in you.
Look what is happening the last few months.
The Lord said a year ago June He was through with
the halfhearted, and He revealed that the
Priesthood people will be persecuted and driven.
Then He revealed this place of refuge, and from
here He led me to the other lands of refuge. It is
only since December 1 that R17 began to be
developed. So in six and a half months all that
work has taken place. We now have over a
hundred men trained in the new Zion's Camp.
This group of people has been here since
December and some of you were gathered after
that. Most of my family was sent away from here,
which greatly concerned me and humbled me; and
then the Lord had others gathered here in His way.
Now we are gathered. We have now been through
constant daily training. When we didn't meet, we
still listened to the recorded trainings. And by
now, by this very minute, God should be in all your
thoughts. And by this very minute you should
have the yearning to be led until you are led of the
Holy Spirit, and your prayers will even be inspired,
and there will be no differences. Does it make you
marvel that even now, in this group of people, that
we still have differences? We need to awake and
search our minds and hearts.
Some of us are looking back, what we have
been through, what we have had. To properly
yearn for Zion and be Zion, it is a looking forward
to the earning of the greater blessings offered us.
And dear people, remember this warning of the
Lord last October 23:

5. And if you are not aware, wherein I
have offered you great blessings, and
through your unbelief and treating lightly
these sacred promises and blessing, you will
receive the greatest of cursings. ***
6. And I say unto you, and I also say unto
all those who shall come to this place of
refuge

shall establish, it is only through the
revelation of my will, through my servant,
that you have been delivered from great
dangers, and placed in the favored position
to help establish Zion, wherein God Himself

is what you have been taught.
7. Seek unto me, thy Lord and God, and
honor my servant, and abide in thy covenants
with me through the fervency and prayer of
sacrifice, rejoicing in Him who created

among the wicked; and as a deliverance
from the sufferings and persecutions that will
yet come upon my people, to humble them
and to turn their hearts away from this
wicked generation.
9. And seek unto me for deliverance, and I
will bless them according to their faith and
their determination in me.
10. Behold, again I say unto the family of
my servant, Warren JeffS, who are here this
day and who shall be sent here, and to others
whom I shall call by revelation to assist in
this work of the establishment of Zion in these
places of refuge, in preparation for going to
the Center Stake of Zion -
11. Humble yourselves before me and
make restitution unto me through fasting and
prayer, and seeking through increased
humility the increase of my Spirit burning in
you; and I will yet smile upon you, and be
with you and keep my hedge of protection
round about you now and through the coming
trials; for you know not how great and
terrible are the scenes that you shall witness.
Now the Lord focuses us on the head and the
Priesthood over us.
12. And you who dwell on this place of
refuge at this time are sent to help establish
my cause and to be a strength to my servant,

13. Only be more fervent in the humility
of submission unto me and my Spirit and my
servant, and I will be with you still.
We are here still, blessed of heaven. Receive a
correction at this time. Now the Lord wants me to
say to us, starting Friday through Saturday and
Sunday, He is calling upon us to seek unto Him in a
three day fast, through fasting and prayer, for His
will to be done, for the blessings He desires to give
us to be bestowed, and that we will be prepared for
greater knowledge and manifestations and gifts,
even by Sunday if you will. You will be tested to
see if you are sincere. So I say to you, in humbling
yourself, ask for the gift of determination in the
Lord, and already dedicate the knowledge, gifts
and blessings He feels to bestow to His name's
honor and glory to do His will .
I am being sent another direction Thursday and
Friday, and even starting Saturday, if our faith and
our preparation is sufficient, we could hold another
Conference here and receive blessings and
knowledge beyond measure. We believe in God
having all power. It is us holding us back and
holding down the First Presidency in what the
Lord wants to have accomplished here. And each
one of us in this quorum feels we yearn to do better
also; for we know only the Lord is the Giver of all
blessings and we are all dependent upon Him. I
hope and pray we are ready for the training that
will open our minds to see as God sees in that
eternal vision.
Dear brothers and sisters, this must succeed. The
Lord has not sent any of you away. That is evidence
enough that He has confidence in you that you can
still reach unto Him and become so fine-tuned in
your oneness that you are never different from God
or the Prophet in the will of God being done. Live in
the heavenly sensitivity of revelation, that as you
hear it and feel it - the revelations of heaven - you
obey, you respond. And when a desire is revealed to
you different than what you thought should happen,
humble yourself. Sacrifice what you think should
happen. Believe the Lord knows best and dwell in
His will, His feelings, His desires. You will feel your
soul expand, a love expanding as broad as eternity.
You will never feel to complain, but only to praise
the Lord your God, a heavenly-sent rejoicing,
inspired of heaven.
I calI upon us to reVIew this trammg, complete
listening to the other trainings given while I was
gone, as I brought them here for you to listen to. I
have just been yearning unto the Lord, knowing it is
His will that this mission at this land of refuge
succeed. Repent of your scattered faith, inspired
even in your prayers and thoughts and desires; and
then that energy of faith focused on one thing, the
Lord can't withhold from us when we are united with
Him and His will.
I thank the Lord for the privilege of speaking to
you. I have yearned to know what we have needed
to do better. He sent me away for two weeks as a
test to see if we would yearn for His message
again. I am here because of your yearning prayers.
There was a oneness in that one thing. Now you
are being trained how to do this in everything.
I love you through Heavenly Father's love. I
love these, my brethren, more than I can describe.
They are a strength. They are approved of God.

unless you rise.
Think of how you are affecting this mission.
Now get close to your Heavenly Father in these
details of oneness. All your worry prayers need to
be set aside. You need to focus on this mission and
what the Lord wants us to have and receive. May
the Lord bless us, I pray, and He is blessing us. It is
an absolute miracle we exist here in peace when
there are enemies seeking our lives. It is
marvelous. We have so much to be grateful for
and rejoice in our Heavenly Father for. Now let us
return to Him the obedience of perfect, inspired,
heavenly sensitive oneness. Let us please God and
dwell in His approval, the love of the Father
perfected, I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Even though we have memorized a song,
sometimes it is good to read the words to say them
to Heavenly Father. So it is up to you. 144A, the
song of oneness. We are singing to Heavenly
Father.

prayer.
Prayer
Our Father who dwells in the heavens, this
group of your saints living on this land of refuge
bow before you at the close of this General
Meeting rejoicing in you and in your kindness in
preserving our lives in you through Priesthood and
for granting us the teachings of today. We thank
you for the burning peace of your Spirit. We
acknowledge our weakness before you, that you
have all power, and we are in constant need of your
strength and guidance. And we do reach for your
Spirit even to guide this prayer to be pleasing to
you, that we may be one in thee, as the Godhead
and all the Prophets are one.
We believe all the words you have given us
through the Prophets, and that your promises and
purposes shall be fulfilled. And we know you are a
God of truth and there will be a people, as you have
spoken, prepared for the fulness of Zion. And we
feel very humbled at this offered blessing, to be
part of the fulness of Zion, and we thank you for
offering us your own presence.
We ask you to forgive us for our scattered faith,
and thus any degree of unbelief or doubt or fear. We
ask for your forgiveness to be a power to touch the
hearts of every person dwelling on this land to be
believing, and visit every person with the gifts they
need, of your Spirit, to become one in thee through
Priesthood. Fill these ladies and children with the
Spirit of God, with dreams and sweet whisperings of
Zion. And may our love for you be that living power
of thought and feeling and desire to be one with you.
Bless this group of saints to succeed in the mission
given them. Visit them from on high. We know that
if we do not reach for your blessing, the opposite
power will be present and we will be humbled
through our lack of exertion.
Oh, we yearn for thee, Father, and for Zion.
Will you bless all your people who can qualify for
Zion, and send forth your Spirit upon those who
can be Zion in our families and among your people
in Canada and Short Creek. And as you have
commanded, now remove from your people the
halfhearted and the ungodly who will not repent,
and open up the doors of deliverance for the
faithful. Establish the lands of refuge from on
high.
We love you and we love one another through

strengthen Uncle Fred and Brother Wendell, and
allow thy servant the revelations of your will to

thee, Father, and be allowed to remain as you will.
All glory to thee, and thy will be done. Now visit
this group of saints with power from on high, with
their individual needs fulfilled and final
preparation, Father. We invoke your Spirit upon
them and upon all others who can qualify; and thus
all glory to thee and thy will be done, by the
authority of the Priesthood and in the name of
Jesus Christ, amen.
