Systems
Banlaw Pipeline designs, manufactures, installs and services a range of centralised service systems.
The LubeCentr
LubeCentralal System allows the operators to safely fill and evacuate oil and coolants from a
TM

single location at ground level, quickly and without contamination or spillage.

VERSATILITY:
• The LubeCentr
LubeCentralal System provides a service box
TM

accessible from ground level.

• Custom designed service box. Designs and layouts
are available to suit most equipment.
• The option of 3/4” NPT, 1/2” NPT or 11/16” JIC male
threaded nozzle connections.

SAFETY:
TYPICAL SERVICE BOX LAYOUT • All fittings incorporate Dry-Break Technology to
eliminate spillage.
• Each fitting is unique, therefore each type of fluid/oil
cannot be accidently mixed
• All fittings use a ball locking mechanism to ensure a
secure, clean and reliable connection.
• Fluids can only transfer when nozzles and receivers
are fully connected.
• LubeCentr
LubeCentral al eliminates the need for operators to
TM

carry fluid containers and cumbersome

equipment onto vehicles.
• Allows safe lube servicing from ground level.
SERVICE BOX FITTED TO HEAVY HAUL
MINE VEHICLE EFFICIENCY:
• No spillage means less wastage of expensive fluids.
• High quality zinc plated steel components are built to
withstand harsh everyday treatment.
• Quick release couplings.
• Receiver and Nozzle protection plug/caps are easily
attached to infield vehicles.

ENVIRONMENTAL:
• No spillage means Environment Protection Authority
compliance.
• The efficient evacuation systems allows for complete
used oil/coolant recovery for total recyling of waste.
• Complete recovery means more accurate waste
records.

Technical Specification
1. A safety factor of approx. 4 has been applied to the burst pressure in order to obtain the Safe
Working Pressure (S.W.P.) quoted in this brochure.

2. Unless noted otherwise, all fittings are manufactured from zinc plated steel components, fitted
with Viton seals. Similarly, all plugs and caps are manufactured from Acetal (plastic).

3. Due to a wide variety of fluids typically used, the flow-rate capability of each fitting has not
been quoted. Specific flow test data is available on request.

4. Flow test data for AUSS5 bulk transfer nozzle engaged with AUS23 receiver.
