Position 1: Information Management Manager

Responsible for the planning, formulation and implementation of strategies and systems for the strategic alignment and effective functioning of the Knowledge and Records Management systems with the organizations vision and mission. Develop and lead change management plans, including promoting creative problem solving and innovation to achieve greater productivity and efficiency. Spearhead collaborative Knowledge Management projects and work with internal business units to address their information needs. Build staff capability through training & development and motivating them to achieve professional excellence.

Position 2: Information Management Officer

a) b) c) d) e) Responsible for the formulation, review and implementation of information management policies, strategies and plans. Set standards and best practices for information management framework. Develop business continuity plans. Work with internal business units to address the information needs of stakeholders. Spearhead knowledge management and training initiatives.

Applicants must be Singapore Citizens/ Male applicants must have completed Full-time National Service. A good honours degree preferably in Management (Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Business Design, Business Process or related fields) or Master of Science in Information Studies. Strong analytical, organisational, project management and problem solving skills. Good communications (both oral and written) and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Keen interest in organisational development and new/emerging technologies. Possess leadership qualities and is enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic and proactive. Able to multi-task and work effectively independently and in teams. Candidates with prior experience in implementing Information/Knowledge Management portals or collaboration systems will be considered favourably.
