Our solutions are provided through our web and Excel-based applications as well as client-side systems. People strength- 4500+ 2. About the Job: Designation: Technology Quality Analyst (TQA) I. Role & Responsibilities: Technology Quality Analyst will be fulfilling the following responsibilities: a. Testing the Capital IQ Application (Manual Testing) b. Creating Test Plans and Test Cases c. Executing Test Scripts, reporting Bugs and Enhancements d. Resolving Client Issues II. The profile involves effective communication between Peers, QA Managers, Business Analysts and Developers; across Capital IQ facilities globally and hence possessing excellent communication skills in verbal and written English is a must. III. Work Location: Gurgaon, India IV. Work Timings: 2 pm to 10 pm, 5 days a week- Monday to Friday. Pick and drop facility would be provided. V. Probation Period: Employee will be in probation for a period of first 6 months. The probation can be extended in case of performance issues VI. Compensation: We will pay INR 4,19,136 Per Annum (Not Negotiable). In addition You and your spouse will be covered under a Group medical insurance cover of INR. 1,00,000 per annum Accident cover of INR. 2,00,000 per annum. Hiring Process: On the Campus o Aptitude Test for the shortlisted candidates o Students must attach a copy of their CV with a photograph, 1 copy of a photo-id proof, Xth Roll Number (mandatory) with the Aptitude Test. o Company Presentation o Shortlisted Candidates via aptitude test go through an HR round of Interview o Candidates from the HR round undergo a Level II test Note: Every CV should contain a photograph (mandatory).
