Availability of Security Guides for the Symposium portfolio
Introduction
Nortel is continually working toward betterment of the security of the contact center portfolio and has released a series of Security Guides for the Symposium portfolio covering security considerations for Symposium Call Center Server Rls 5.0, Symposium Web Client Rls 4.5, Symposium Web Center Portal Rls 4.0 and Symposium TAPI Service Provider Rls 3.0. These guides answer the most frequently asked questions posed to our Sales Engineering and Design Support teams. It is highly recommended that any customers who have implemented a Symposium solution or are planning to install Symposium should read these guides, as they answer most questions posed by customer IS departments. As securityrelated information is by its nature sensitive, these guides are not available on Helmsman but are posted on the Partner Information Center (PIC). Customers should contact their Channel Partner to get copies of these guides.

We would also recommend that any Channel Partner working with Symposium review these guides in order to answer the most commonly asked security questions.
