Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant/Associate Consultant:The person will be required to carry following responsibilities: h. Develop in Dynamics CRM to customize the product and reports as per the user’s business requirements i. Set up the IT infrastructure and database (SQL Server) required for Dynamics CRM j. Implement data migration and integration using Dynamics CRM tools k. Provide technical expertise for the Dynamics CRM and Microsoft development technologies and environments. l. Follow development best practices and document required technical artifacts related to the project m. Work with CRM functional team and client IT team for a common goal of a successful implementation n. Should be able to work in a team environment and contribute towards Practice/Project/Organization goals Required Skill set – • 1 to 7+ years of Work experience in IT Industry (Entry to Senior Level) • Excellent business communication skills (written/Oral) • Ability to think, analyze and recommend solutions to any Technical problem. • Should be able a self starter and self motivated. Can carry his/her work independently without any supervision. • Should be able to do estimations of CRM Customizations, Testing etc. (Only for the candidates have any CRM experience) • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline. Degrees - BE,BTECH,MCA,MBA or equivalent • Must have working experience in two or more areas with .Net (Web/Windows Form) /CRM SDK (MS CRM candidates only) Customizations as compulsory Mandatory (MS CRM candidates only) o MS CRM 3.0 customizations o Knowledge of any one CRM module – Sales, Marketing or Services Optional : o .Net/ASP .Net o SQL Server – SSRS,SSIS o SharePoint o BizTalk Server o Data Migration tools o Windows CE / CRM Mobile Skills • Should understand ERP testing methodologies and tools • Should be familiar with Performance testing Desirable Skill Set though not required • Experience in the following fields: Finance, Logistics/trade, Manufacturing • Experience with CRM system (e.g.: Siebel, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Clarify, etc.) with an emphasis on the following – Sales, Marketing, Service, Call Center etc. • Expertise in Microsoft CRM or an interest to become an expert in MS-CRM through our training program • Certified MS CRM Customizations • Certified MS CRM Installation and Configuration • Certified SQL Server • Certified in Extending CRM using .Net • Experience in C# .net, Visual Studio, SharePoint , Biz Talk etc. Mail me your updated C.V or Profile in word format with your Current CTC.
