BPEG 磨煤机产品发展历程 前言 北京电力设备总厂 (以下简称 BPEG) 自从制造国内首台 151 碗式中速磨煤机至今,始终致力于磨煤机的研究与发展,经历了 合作生产与设计开发、 技术引进与产品攻关及创新发展三个阶段, 设计与制造技术日臻完善, 尤其是 ZGM 型系列中速辊式磨煤机以 它煤种适应广(可磨制烟煤、无烟煤、褐煤、贫瘦煤) 、碾磨效率 高、电耗低、寿命长、安全可靠、操作检修方便等优点广泛适用 于电力、冶金、建材、化工等行业的煤粉制备系统。 BPEG 作为国际上产能最大的中速辊式磨煤机的专业生产厂 商,磨煤机设计制造及成套能力强,磨煤机配套的立式行星减速 机、高启动力矩特种主电机、电子称重皮带给煤机、润滑站、高 压油站、快关门等成套设备及其控制系统均可由我厂自行设计制 造,为用户提供全方面的制粉系统解决方案及技术服务。 MPS 中速辊式磨煤机的历史 MPS 磨最初是由德国 PFEIFFER(非凡)公司在 BERZ 磨(磨制石粉)的基础上发展起来的,并建造 了专磨水泥原料的 MPS 磨系列。后来德国 Babcock 公司(以下简称 Babcock)从 PFEIFFER 公司取得了 MPS 磨应用于火电厂碾磨燃煤的专利权。于 1958 年诞生了第一台实用的 MPS 磨煤机。于 1965 年设计了 ,随后逐渐发展形成 20 多种型号的 MPS 磨系列。 MPS180 磨煤机(配在 300MW 机组上) 从 1970 年起发电机组容量逐渐增加, 美国 Babcock & Wilcox 公司 (简称 B&W) 经研究比较, 确认 MPS 磨煤机适合同大容量发电机组配套, 为此该公司从 Babcock 公司购买了 MPS225 磨煤机专有技术制造权 (同 时购买了一台 MPS225 磨样机) ,自此该公司生产制造的 MPS225 磨煤机分别安装在 AMOS 电厂和 CAVIN 电厂的 1300MW 发电机组上(每台锅炉配 12 台,其中 10 台运行,2 台备用,单磨出力为 55t/h) 。此后 B&W 公司又从 Babcock 公司购买了 MPS170、180、200、2350、2800、3000 等型号的磨煤机制造技术,在吸 收原有 Babcock 技术的基础上,重新进行 MPS 磨系列化设计,其后仅七八年时间,B&W 公司就制造出 800 多台 MPS 磨。 ,出力为 80t/h,与苏 1980 年前苏联向 Babcock 公司购买了 MPS2650 磨煤机制造专利(亦带一台样机) 联的 600MW 机组配套,磨制高灰份硬质烟煤。 目前除了美国、 前苏联以外, 英国、 法国、 日本、 意大利、 中国、 南非、 加拿大、 墨西哥等国家都向 Babcock 公司购买了 MPS 磨煤机的制造技术。 5 .

BPEG started to absorb the technology of MPS mill.ZGM 中速辊式磨煤机系列化的形成和发展 MPS 磨煤机在国内首次引进是神头一电厂第三期工程 4X200MW 机组,采用 Babcock 公司的 MPS190 磨煤机。1981 年我厂同 Babcock 公司达成协议,前 8 台 MPS190 磨煤机由 Babcock 公司供货,后 8 台与我 厂合作生产。这是我厂首次接触到 MPS 磨煤机技术。 我厂在总结合作生产MPS190 经验的基础上, 开始设计制作为望亭电厂 #14机组配套的 ZGM95 1984 年, 型磨煤机,1989 年投入运行,1993 年通过部级鉴定。 从此我 1985 年 12 月国家正式批准我厂与西德 Babcock 公司签订了购买 MPS225 磨煤机专有技术合同。 厂开始了对 MPS 磨煤机技术进行消化吸收。我厂通过多年努力开发创新,在 MPS 磨煤机的基础上,完成了 具有自主知识产权的 ZGM 磨煤机的研制,并且按出力从小到大进行了系列化发展。ZGM 型系列中速辊式磨 煤机磨盘中径覆盖范围从 1300mm-2900mm,分别有 ZGM65、80、95、113、123、133、145 共 7 个跨挡 型号(相当于 MPS130-MPS290) 。在学习和借鉴国内外中速磨技术的基础上,每种型号细分 K、N、G 三种 或 N、G 两种规格,共 18 种规格(基本型) 。 BPEG 始终跟踪中速磨煤机的最新制造技术,在产品设计和生产制造过程中广泛采用新技术、新工艺。 特别是在 1997 年后,ZGM 中速磨煤机采用了行星减速机、液压变加载、旋转喷嘴、旋转分离器、翻磨辊装 置及新型耐磨材料等新技术和新材料, 大大提高了 ZGM 中速磨煤机的综合使用性能, 得到了用户广泛赞誉。 近年来,为适应国家能源政策和节能减排的要求,紧密跟踪国内外磨煤机技术最新发展态势,满足用户 对煤质变化提出的提高出力的需要,在基本型系列磨煤机基础上,我厂开发了新一代中速辊式磨煤机,即 ZGM-I、II、III 型磨煤机。通过提高磨煤机的转速和加载力、提高碾磨效率,达到提高出力(产能)的目标。 新一代中速辊式磨煤机于 2009 年 12 月通过中国机械工业联合会组织的鉴定。 The formation and development of ZGM mill series MPS mill. 7 .
