1. Medical Officer, Offshore / Onshore - April 2002 to Present in
J. Ray McDermott Middle East Inc., based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab
Emirates.
Provides professional health and medical services as physician to all
company employees offshore/onshore. Ensures high standard of hygiene and
sanitation in company premises/vessels by regular inspection and supervision
of catering and housekeeping services. Conducts physical examination of
employees entering into confined spaces as well as pre and post examination of
saturation divers. Conducts and follow up medical evacuation cases and
referrals. Implements health preventive measures by giving health instructions
and lectures in gatherings and meetings. Ensures availability of medical
resources by requisitions, follow ups, and regular inventories to maintain
operating stocks at all times. Reports to higher company health authority all
accidents and illnesses, inspection of medical equipments, hygiene, and
santation, on regular basis.

2. United Nations Batallion Medical Officer – June 2001 to December 2001 in


United Nations Transitional Administration in East Timor (UNTAET),
based in Manatoto, East Timor.
Provides profesional health and medical care and treatment to all Filipino
Troops serving under UNTAET. Acts as technical adviser to the Commander
of Philippine Contingent on health and health related matters. Impliments
hygiene, sanitation, and environmental measures on Philippine area of respon-
sibility in East Timor. Participates in outreach and civic action programs of the
United Nations to poor and underpriviledged population living beyond reach of
basic services. Conducts immunization among troops and teaches first aid,
CPR, and other health programs.

3. Medical Officer, Special Operations Command – June 2000 to June 2001 in:
First Scout Ranger Regiment (FSRR), based in San Miguel, Bulacan.
Provides similar services in East Timor to Scout Rangers and their depen-
dents. Accompanies Scout Rangers undergoing missions in rebel/enemy
infested territories in the Philippines and conduct medivac procedures.

Special Forces Regiment (Airborne) – January 2000 to June 2000, based in


Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija.
Provides similar health services to all Special Forces in operations
and their dependents.

4. Chief, Task Force “Kandili” – April 1997 to June 1997 under


J7, GHQ, AFP
Provides rapid deployment of mobile medical services to disaster affected
areas of the Philippines, specifically Laminusa, Jolo, Sulu, and Mount
Banahaw, Quezon.

Camp Sang-an Station Hospital, based near Pagadian City, Zamboanga del
Sur.
Impliments policies and guidelines of the Commanding Officer of the
hospital. Handles financial and professional service leadership in the hospital.
Directly manages clinical, laboratory, radiological, nutrition, and out-patient
services. Renders stationary and mobile health services to all government
troops deployed in the entire Western Mindanao and Sulu archipelago in the
Philippines. Conducts medical examination to all new new recruits.
