WELCOME!
Welcome to the second edition of 7126 Monthly, the publication dedicated to everything 7126.

It has been an interesting start to the new season, with a number of good matches, though the teams that
have made good starts are probably not a surprise, and I don’t think many of us would be shocked to see
teams such as Juventus, Milan and Lyon picking up honours at the end of the season.

It is important in this issue I think to say a particular welcome to all the new managers reading this and wel-
come to what is fast becoming the best game in PFF. It’s always great to have new members, but as has
been seen in the recent demise of 7113, which used to be dubbed the ‘best game’ by its members, it is im-
portant to remember that a game is only as good as those that play it. If you want to be part of a great game
then you need to do what you can to make it fun-it’s about giving as well as taking.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy Issue 2 and all the best for your matches in the coming month.

Cheers,

DIVISION 1-TURN 4 Milan rivals to bed with a comprehensive 3-1 victory.

It had been suggested in some regions of the Italian press that

Inter would be top dogs in Milan this season, but AC’s bright
VS start to the campaign coupled with Inter manager Neil
Petman’s departure seemed to suggest that such comments
were very premature.
Inter Milan 1 AC Milan 3
Robson (75) Villa (20) David Villa gave AC the lead after 20 minutes, connecting
Ribery (28) with a great Lionel Messi cross to smash a volley past Speroni
Van Persie (56) from 20 yards. The goal did little to stir Inter from their early
game slumbe and AC soon doubled their lead.
Attendance: 80,596
A poor challenge from James Milner gave AC a free kick that
was around 25 yards from goal, and earned him a yellow card
for his trouble. Franck Ribery took advantage and beat a
dumbstruck Speroni directly from the free kick to put AC 2-0
up on 28 minutes. Despite a poor first half hour, Inter man-
aged to do enough to keep the scoreline at 2-0 at half time.

Despite this, the match was over as a contest soon into the
second half. Luis Figo, enjoying a lot of space in the middle
of the park, broke down the right and crossed for debutant
Robin Van Persie, whose volley crashed down off the bar and
over the line, despite protests from Inter players.

Robson got a goal back from a free kick on 75, but it was
never going to be more than a consolation. The result means
AC Milan are second and keep the pressure up on Juventus in
first, whereas Inter are lingering in mid table.

7126 Monthly meets...
Andrew Berry-Milan’s outspoken manager on the battle for
Division 1, being a Welshman at the Rossoneri and Sanli Tuncay...

“Inter are a second

rate team”

“Sanli Tuncay is a
pillock”
7126 Monthly: You found yourself plucked from Swansea and put into the hotseat at one of the biggest clubs
in the world-how much of an adjustment was that for you?
Andrew Berry: No adjustment was needed really, I've had a lot of experience managing top teams in the past and
Milan are just another big club to add to my resume.

How hard was it for you to deal with the initial lack of support from the Milan fans who were looking for a
more experienced appointment?
The fans wanted a world class manager and after so long out of the game I was obviously not their first choice.
However, I think our turn around towards the end of last season has helped win over the fans!

Your Milan side finished respectably in Division 1 last season-what are your aims for this campaign? Who do
you see as the main challengers for the Division 1 title?
I honestly believe that this squad of players has what it takes to win the Div 1 title! As for our challenger, Liverpool
could prove to be tricky opponents, but Marc's Juve and Neil's Bayern teams should be there or thereabouts.

Do you feel that the squad needs strengthening in order to achieve your aims, and if so, whereabouts? Do
you have any breaking transfer news for all the 7126 Monthly readers?
I'm happy with my squad although, I'm constantly looking to improve it. As it stands I am working on a deal to bring in
a top class winger, all will hopefully be revealed soon!!

Much has been made of your spat with Sanli Tuncay-are we to assume that this is the reason for him being
listed on the bidding market?
Sanli Tuncay is a pillock who questioned my Tactics. As I run this team he is a gonner!!!!!!

How important do you think success is for yourselves and the other Italian clubs in aiming to repair the
damaged reputation of Italian football?
Italian football’s reputation is poor, and deservedly so. Our clubs have had little success in Europe recently and thanks
to the behaviour of our police and fans, UEFA are keeping a close eye on us. I hope that the exciting attacking football
my Milan team play will restore some pribe to the Italian game!

You have been placed with Inter in your 7126 Cup group-how do you fancy your chances against them and in
the competition generally?
We haven't faired too well in friendlies recently but we will be going all out to win, what I class to be as a very
important cup. As for Inter, they are a second rate team who only survive as we allow them use of our stadium!!!

Could you give me your predictions for this season please?
