(902) 424-7545 Fax 424-0596 Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission 6th Floor Joseph Howe Bldg 1690 Hollis St PO Box 2221 Halifax Nova Scotia B3J 3C4 Good Day Mr. Erwin As per our recent telephone conversation about Metro Transit. Please see the included report I submitted to Mary Wile Councillor on the Disabilities Commission. Entitled 'Metro Transit Discriminates Against Wheelchair Users' This report will explain my complaint in detail. Dave Beaudreau has advised me that there is already another human rights complaint filed on this issue.. I would not like having my complaint negated because someone else has filed one. I need NS Human Rights Commission to represent my complaint and I feel that my points of view and grievances also need to be addressed. You are free to forward my complaint and information to anyone in the government you feel my benefit from this information. Thank You Sincerely Daniel J Towsey
