FUNCTION
President – The over all direction of Philbest Canning Corporation will assure that
the HACCP plan is in place.

Plant Manager – is responsible for the management of the plant operation. Controller – is responsible for the management information administrative and
financial aspect regarding HACCP.

Quality Assurance Manager – is responsible for control activities. Assures that
the sanitation procedures and good manufacturing practices are closely followed and properly maintain overseas product recall and coordinates all label specification. Also maintain all HACCP records respond to all consumer complaints an up to date file.

Production Manager – the production manager is responsible for all production
operation. He assures that all production personnel the HACCP procedures. He also assures that the records are properly kept and all critical points.

Engineering Manager – the engineering manager is responsible for engineering
projects. He assures that all sanitation and good manufacturing practices are followed through proper design and installation.

Logistic Manager – the logistic manager is responsible to production planning,
warehouse and shipping. He assures that all personnel are following the HACCP procedures. He also assures that the records are properly kept at that critical control points.

Human resource Manager - the human resource manager is responsible to
production administrative aspect of HACCP including government relations and communication to workers.

Finance Manager – the finance manager is responsible for finance aspect
regarding HACCP including any cost associated with HACCP implementation
