They completely satisfied their customer through their services efficiently but some time they were not delivering the vehicles on time. we started our project “claim settlement satisfaction survey”. There are lots of reasons behind the unhappy clients like unqualified surveyors. there have a separate customer waiting room which is good thing for customers. These are the following things that we asses there. Our experiences on workshops are. 6 . WORKSHOPS EXPERIENCE ANALYSIS: These workshops are one of the best 3S dealers in Karachi. inefficient workshop services and coverage’s of insurance policy. 1 Customer dealing: Customer dealing of these workshops are very well. In these workshops there managers and the clients that visited there.

Some time surveyor not meets the client and directly settled the claim with workshop.3 Surveyors Work. But these types of cases were not in regular basis. In documentation.
