I learned a lot about the status of women in the Middle East. I have learned a lot by observing my Supervisor Ms. This lent a very good rapport to our relationship.1 Learning during internships During my time with the ADPB-UNDP. they did not give me many work assignments. by proper time management and delegation of task. I always have a lot of questions and my Supervisors have always been patient listeners.org. So I had to be creative and come up with my own work projects some of which included working with GoB and Beneficiary Communities. Listening is another important skill.3 Positives of ADPB  The staff in ADPB was very cooperative and caring  Working at ADPB not only helped me in implementing the theoretical knowledge in practical work but also provided additional theoretical information which increased my knowledge  ADPB is working for welfare of the people in Baluchistan which made me more socially responsible  I had chance to work in office as well as on field  Increased my communication skill as I had to interact to verity of the people on the field 23 | P a g e Address: Area development program Baluchistan (UNDP) Chaman housing society Airport road opposite to UNICEF office Quetta Tel: 081 2864075-6 Website: www. my superiors stayed back to lend a hand.2 Limitation during internships The limitations I faced during my tenure with ADPB-UNDP are as under  The political conditions of Quetta destabilizing the environment and strikes wasted few days of my internship  As the Phase 2 of ADPB was about to end and start of Phase 3 so there was not much of field work  Financial documents were already finalized so I could just analysis them not prepare them  In Ramzan Mubarik the working hours were reduced 11. I also contributed to the development of interns profile and cataloguing system for the intern’s resource center at main office of ADPB-UNDP. During my internship I found that the ADPB is not working only for the development of schemes but it helps the Students in a very good manner as well the culture of the organization is really appraisable which is maintained by the employees of ADPB.undp. and a host of other really interesting information. allowing me to clearly define problems and seek advice 11.
