ORDER (October 28, 2011) For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, it is, this 28th day of October, 2011, hereby ORDERED that the State of Florida’s [41] Motion to Expedite is DENIED-IN-PART; and it is further ORDERED that the parties shall promptly meet and confer and, by no later than October 31, 2011, one representative of Florida, one representative of the United States, and one representative of Defendant-Intervenors shall jointly call the Chambers of Judge Colleen KollarKotelly to discuss the parties’ availability for an in-person scheduling conference on November 2, 2011. If the parties are unavailable on November 2, 2011, they should be prepared to provide at least three alternate dates for a prompt scheduling conference.
