Current Global Realities
With the improvements in technologies and services provided to and by the corporate sector, it is now possible for every country to come up with more and more entrepreneurs and to impact the economy of their nations. Majority of western countries are still fighting with mindsets of the people towards developing entrepreneurship skills among them. Recent survey conducted by AIESEC says that more than 70 % of the European population wants to be in service sector and prefers to do a job instead of starting a business of their own. China, being an aggressive market capturer has shifted up its economy curve steeply by providing government policies for its entrepreneurs to go global. International understanding and growing leadership qualities have made them competitive enough to rule the International Market.

Current Local Realities
Unfortunately, India has an image of a poor country among other nations. But they are all aware of India’s potential in the world economy. Internally India is fighting against high population rate with limited resources. More and more people are moving towards service sector. With limited jobs available and increase in number of applicants, unemployment has increased like never before. Indian Government’s major policy to fight unemployment is to encourage entrepreneurship which will not only increase the number of self employments, but also the number of employments in the country. This is also a major policy to enhance our economy as a whole. But India is still lagging behind in terms of leadership skills in influence of not only entrepreneurship, but also otherwise. There is a greater need of developing leadership skills in youth to encourage them to become entrepreneurs. With the growing international market in India, there is a greater need of Indian Entrepreneurs to go global while doing business in India. Changing mindsets at later stages of life is more often taken as disguise.
Most of the countries have high hopes with India. We are ready to create socioeconomic impact...
The Project Synergy: An Introduction
AIESEC Jaipur has come up with a project to overcome such problems, which are not dealt by any other organization in Asia. We, at AIESEC, with an experience of past 58 years, do believe that there was a great need of an initiative to be taken in the field of entrepreneurship building in youth. Conducting Entrepreneurship related activities by various organizations is not enough for the students of Jaipur, So we came up with a unique concept of providing international education to selected schools and colleges in their city itself. Here, more than 30 individual experts from different parts of the world will come to Jaipur and involve themselves in various activities, workshops and seminars among youth of Jaipur. These people are experts in the field of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Internationalism. They will be trained to deal with Indian students’ mindset and how to make them think and grow big.
“Very few ever thought about the importance of leadership in daily life. One easy example is to make a family happy, the family head needs to possess good leadership qualities”
•Provide international experience to Jaipur students and teachers. Show them the path to become

will interact and mix with them with the aim of making a culturally sensitive society. These people will also take group sessions about the importance and need of Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Cultural Sensitivity. Besides the students’ mentoring, they will also be conducting various events . These events will focus the cultural understanding and internationalism for the students of Jaipur.
Here, more than 3o International individuals from different countries will come together in Jaipur in the month of July and then will be given training to deal with the Indian mindsets. They will be divided
“These sessions are designed for absolutely everybody to create maximum
Who will attend these sessions..?
Anyone, who is associated with your institution can be a part of this event. This includes students, teachers, management, staff, alumni, etc. This programme is equally beneficial for the senior members of your institution as it is for the young members. These sessions are basically designed to provide equal learning for people of all ages, all experiences, all mindsets, while focusing on youth. The reason for making students our key focus is that they are at the growing and learning stage of life and their mindsets and understandings are open to the world. It is easy (though, very important) to show them the path to limitless possibilities in their future. The education system in most of the countries do support isolation of mindsets which is a threat as the young mind develops in the isolated world of similar mindsets. It is also true that it is not possible to change the mindsets of senior citizens until and unless they have very limited choices of opportunities in life.
