ABDULLA (SELLER), has declared before me under Oath that on _________________, you executed a CONDITIONAL SALE AGREEMENT over one (1) parcel of land with them whereby they agrees to sell and for you to buy the said parcel of land known as Lot ___ , Blk. _____, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _______ located at ________________________, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, particularly described as follows: TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. __________ A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 8-A of the subd., plan (LRC) Psd-121752, being a portion of Lot 8, Block 17, Pcs-2710, LRC Cad.
