This system is a Human Resource Management System which enables a company to manage its employee information. This system also facilitates the company in keeping the status of all ongoing and completed projects in an organization. It is a visual tool that will also help to hire new recruits in the organization after passing through online examination procedure. The Ops & Governance Human Resource Management System basically revolves around employees working in the organization and all the projects which have been undertaken by the company. Earlier before the availability of this software, records are handled manually or by using traditional file processing system. The need for a constructive system that can meet user’s demands as well as provide a powerful backend support is urgent. The Human Resource Management System allows the user to enter employee information and projects details in to the system, and assign human resource to the project according to the requirement and nature of project. In addition to all this, the system has a provision for intra mailing, in which employees can contact to each and every other employee, by just, sing this system. Therefore, to keep track of all the employees working in the company and all the projects ongoing in an organization, a software package seems to be best solution as it speeds up working time, provides security against unauthorized access and lessens the complexities and paper work. This application will make the Human Resource Management system simpler, faster and more comfortable.
