Ok..now i'm about to reveal the secret ingredient that our dearest admin, Tosh had used to
encode dramas, movies, and even animes too!!

Follow the Iollowing steps :
1. download and install K-Lite Mega Codec Pack
2. download and install minicoder (not modiIied one)...then, check Ior updates Ior each
tools in it (it alerts automatically)
3. just in case iI avisynth is not included in the updates, then go to the link above, download
and install it
4. here comes the tricky part, download the latest x264 encoder and replace it with the
existing ones (C:/program Iiles/minitheatre/minicoder/tools/x264)
5. download the modiIied minicoder and put it into minicoder Iile (C:/program
Iiles/minitheatre/minicoder)
6. download and extract the Nero-AAC codec pack, then copy the neroAacEnc (inside win32
Iolder) into the minicoder program Iolder (C:/program
Iiles/minitheatre/minicoder/tools/BeSweet)
Settings :
1. add the video Iiles in the input tab and mark the VFR (Variable Frame Rate) box since the
video that you wanna encode may use diIIerent bitrate at a diIIerent scene |Image Can Not Be
Found|


2. Change the Iollowing settings in the setting tab |Image Can Not Be Found| to this

bitrate : 300-450 kbps, your choice Nero AAC : 45-55 kbps OR
Iilesize : not recommended, use bitrate options Vorbis :48 kbps
Quality : very high (TV shows/movies)

Resize : iI you wanna resize, choose Very Sharp either one Sharpen : none
Ior 16:9 or rectangular screen shape or wide screen: Subtitle : select the
suitable srt. Iiles
1280:720(720p), 848:480(480p), 704:400(400p)
the rest are Ior 4:3 or square screen shape or non-wide screen
(but iI your video input is less than 400p like 360p and below, then resize is not
recommended)
2. Last but not least, go to the Option tab, choose the output directory in your PC (well, I
choose desktop.easier to Iind) and set the priority to low.
