RULES
The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing, the rules of the International Moth Class, and the prescriptions of US SAILING.

ADVERTISING
Boats may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the organizing authority.

ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
The regatta is open to all boats of the International Moth class. Eligible boats may enter by completing the entry form available at http://www.int-moth.us/miami-2011/ and paying the required entry fee.

FEES
The entry fee is $75 per regatta, and must be paid by PayPal™ to usasales@mach2boats.com The entry fee must be paid by December 1, 2011 (for the first Stage), December 20, 2011 (for the second Stage), and February 15, 2012 (for the third Stage). Late entries are subject to a fee of $25 per regatta. Cash payment will be accepted at the regatta venue, but will be subject to the late fee.

QUALIFYING SERIES AND FINAL SERIES
There will be three Stages (December, January, and March) consisting of a number of races and/or slalom competitions. Slalom competitions will be scored separately from fleet racing. Each Stage will be scored separately from other Stages, although a prize may be awarded to the boat with the best combined finish in all Stages.

The venue is Coconut Grove Yacht Club. Shipment and storage information will be provided to competitors upon entering the regatta and will be posted at http://www.int-moth.us/miami-2011/

PENALTY SYSTEM
Rule 44.1 is changed so that the Two-Turns Penalty is replaced by the One-Turn Penalty.

Prizes will be awarded.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, Decision to Race. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for

material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

INSURANCE
Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of $500,000 per event or the equivalent.
