Subject : Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2011 Conduct of Skill Test in Data Entry (DEST) for the post of Tax Assistant in CBDT/CBEC and Assistant(CSS) The result of Combined Graduate Level Exam.,2011 Tier-II was published on 29th September,2011, declaring the candidates qualified for Interview/Skill Test . As per the provisions of the Notice of the Examination, candidates have to qualify in Test of Computer Proficiency for the post of Assistant in CSS and in Data Entry Skill Test for the post of Tax Assistants . 2. All candidates declared successful for Interview /Skill Test were requested to submit their fresh preferences in the proforma prescribed and to send it to the concerned Regional Office on or before 21.10.2011. The facility of online option was also made available on the website http://www.ssconline.nic.in from 01.10.2011 to 17.10.2011. The valid preferences received by SSC(CR), Allahabad within the stipulated date, for the options A, V and W (Assistant in CSS, Tax Assistant CBDT, CBEC) for List-1 and List-2 are 3,750 . 3. Accordingly, candidates will be subjected to Skill Test in the following manner: (a) All the candidates declared qualified for the Interview Posts and Non Interview Posts (List I & List II) will undergo Data Entry Skill Test if they opt for the post of Tax Assistants (Options V and W ). (b) Candidates declared qualified for interview and other posts in List-I and have opted for Assistant in CSS ( Option A ) will be called for DEST first. Based on their performance in DEST and their option, short-listed candidates will be called for Test of Computer Proficiency (CPT) later. 4. The Skill Test in Data Entry (DEST) of these 3,750 candidates of SSC(CR),Allahabad is scheduled to be held from 21st Nov. to 28th Nov.,2011 at Devprayag Institute of Technical Studies, Phaphamau, (Opposite 11 K.M. Milestone on Alld.- Lucknow Highway), Allahabad . 5. The call letters alongwith instructions to the candidates have already been issued and should reach within a few days . The candidates may also view their Skill Test Schedule from the website www.ssc-cr.org . Duplicate Call Letters with instructions can also be downloaded from 14th Nov. 2011 onwards . There are 22 category discrepancy cases, the call letters of whom have been withheld subject to reconciliation of their results . 6. Those candidates of Tier II Results in List-1 and List-2 , who had forwarded their Option Form within the stipulated date and had given preferences A, V or W, but their name does not figure in the list of 3,750 candidates being called for Skill Test, may contact on email address skilltest.cr@gmail.com mentioning their roll no. and scanned copy of their Option Form , or send on FAX No. 0532-2641924.
